It is the worst gym on earth I moved away for a few months and they still charged me when I was thinking of going to the Williams Ymca which is really great and way better than baileys and for a 2 year contract I wanted to end it but they wouldnt let me and they are the biggest snakes on earth

First time comming to this location. And I have been to many around Jacksonville, 2 stories, which I think is pretty cool. Has a steam room and a sauna, a basket ball court, which I don't think many locations have. I love the up to date threadmills. Walking distance from my place.very roomey and seems less indimating.

Amazing Gym, spacious and clean. The bathrooms are clean, the workout rooms are well divided and it's such a great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Best gym ever! Open 24 hours has staff in the lobby till midnight on Saturday! Very clean great atmosphere for all workout levels!

My home gym! I love the staff here always friendly and always a smiling face to greet you when you walk in. They have tons of equipment! I have never left here and felt that I got a bad work out due to not being awake to use a machine or piece of equipment. The monthly price for membership is reasonable and they are by far the best gyms in Jacksonville with there many locations.

The staff are rude and unprofessional. I was a loyal customer for many years and kept my membership during the pandemic even though restrictions forced closure of the gym. I did this to help out a local business. Unfortunately I can no longer support a business whose policies amount to not helping out their customers and only serve to increase profits. It is an unethical business.

I normally go to the Baileys in South Mandarin but today I met a friend at the one off of Sunbeam Rd. What a huge, clean awesome gym compared to the South one! I will probably be driving the extra few miles to go to it!

I enjoy using the gym.they have everything you need to work your body. The challenge is self-motivation

Love this location. Staff is always so nice and personal. Only baileys I feel comfortable going into.

Excellent gym. Something for everyone. Equipment is well maintained, facilities are clean, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Huge place. Some of the equipment looks old. Shower curtains are moldy but the place is huge. One part is more modern than the other. Two floors and plenty of personal space.

Love that they are open 24/7! Jose and Carly up front at the desk are the best! They are awesome and know there stuff and are always super helpful

The staff is so friendly and I’m always able to get an elliptical or treadmill. Just disappointed that they did a HUGE renovation a few years back but neglected to improve the bathrooms at this location. The bathrooms are cramped and tiny and there are no legit dressing rooms.

Least favorite Baileys to workout at. Can give it a facelift but can’t change the customer service there.

State of the art fitness center that is super clean! The members are the best and the gym is HUGE! Nothing better than Baileys!

Great gym, lots of gear and stuff to work out with even when it is super busy. I'll would give it 5 stars if they could turn down the fox news in the male bathroom and have the ESPN tv's volume on. That is all.

I really like this gym and the staff. I met Nick through my job and he would always give us words of encouragement. He would answer our questions and go into detail about whatever we asked. If it was not for Nick, I would not have joined and on my way to living a more healthy life. I am down 12lbs and counting. Yesss!

Corporate has no interest in solving any billing matters even when they are in error. I updated my cc at a location and it never was completed successfully and few months later I get my first trace of any real invoices saying i owe money plus a bunch of late fees. I went to local gym and they referred me to corporate, corporate referred me to local gym and so on. Then I get a collections letter and call corporate over 20x to have it answered only a few times by the same lower level employee who won't let me speak with any manager. I left a message and the manager supposedly told the girl to call me (Not themselves) and offer me a few free months extended onto my contract. Told them I need to speak with that person making that offer and resolve this the way it should be resolved and no call back nothing yet collection letter came again. Horrible business, decent gym. LA Fitness is far superior in customer service and actual gym!

Which they stayed open longer. All the gyms aren't just what u need some people work long hours and can't make it to play basketball or go to the closest gym and it not have nothing but the workout so u can't even tan also when u pay for it without wasting more gas to drive to one. Its almost pointless now that I have paid for this membership.
