DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM. THEY SCAM THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HOLD THEM HOSTAGE.
My daughter has been trying to cancel for the better part of 6 months. But everytime I meet their cancelation policy they tack on more personal information they need. Her husband got deployed to Hawaii so I called and went to Cancel. They asked why she told them they are moving, they then proceeded to tell her that she can't cancel because they needed her new address. They hadn't even looked yet so she had no address. So they told her she can't cancel and will HAVE TO CONTINUE TO PAY THEIR MONTHLY FEE.

Baileys is a pretty decent gym. Been here 7 years now. Good monthly rates, 24/7 access. Only issue I have: the big corporate competitors, when equipment or something in the locker room breaks, gets fixed immediately. Baileys however, you can tell owners are very cheap when it comes to repairs, maintenence, plumbing issues in the locker room, etc.

This corporation has horrible customer service. I attempted to cancel my membership due to health issues and, according to them, I “failed to provide adequate documentation” despite my physician providing documentation. Corporate then cancelled my membership and sent the balance to a collection agency rather than just continuing my membership or communicating with me in the interim.

Aside from the horrific customer service, I would advise not attending this specific location due to the significant water damage that is consistently present resulting in moldy carpet and ceiling tiles falling. The equipment also appears it is from the 80s. The building itself seems to be old and falling apart.

I love the women's only gym here, but the gym as a whole always tends to be extremely busy. I would think capacity would be more limited during COVID.

This facility is like my second home. The people here will encourage you and help you reach your goal without hesitation

Everyone that works there is very nice. Equipment is clean and working all the time. Been a member there 10yrs now.

Started a membership in feb 2018, ended up moving and changing banks next month. I assumed since my account no longer existed with the bank they would cancel membership due to denied payments. I apply for a credit card TWO YEARS LATER, come to find out BAILEYS has been charging me ever since.owing a thousand dollars. Went there twice.place is a total scam, Go to Planet fitness if you want courtesy and reasonable terms. Debt went to collection agency that will not settle for a penny less.

The initial person that I saw was decent in his approach and marketing of the gym. The following 2 visits were a disaster. Each time you go something else is added. I found the staff the be very disrespectful. I don't think I should be spending my hard earned money to be treated in a terrible manner. My advice to others is to go somewhere else where you can get proper access and treatment so that your mind, body and spirit can be healthy.

A "manager" hung up in my face because I had billing questions and wouldn't let me speak. I couldn’t believe how rude, unprofessional and disrespectful he was. Cancelling will probably be a nightmare like everyone says in the reviews.

I go so often to work out and enjoy the facilities. Love the layout of the gym equipment, building, and the staff are awesome. I have been to the larger location on San Jose and San Jose cannot compare to how welcome I feel at this location. Hands down best gym I have gone to.

Great gym. Plenty of equipment with a separate functional training and stretching room. Can get really busy.

Been stuck in a contract for 2 years just waiting for it to be over! We signed up because at first glance it looked like an awesome gym. After signing the paperwork, they closed the Cadio cinema (a big of part of the reason we joined) and quickly learned that the equipment is always broken or out of date.missing. This gym is always packed to the point where working out is a chore. The overall atmosphere just made me and my husband uncomfortable. I can't wait to move on!

The sign here says that their members are more precious than gold.hmmmm How come they couldn't waive a one time $10 fee for my friend that drove from the other side of town. Sounds like the gold is more precious to me. We we're not aware that they try to milk their clients and then charge and additional fee to upgrade on top of the cost to upgrade.take tsk bad business in my eyes. Could have had another membership but oh well your $10 fee plus additional fees are rediculous.

Can't stand Bailey's Gym. I'm not even going to waste time explaining why - just check out other gyms before committing to Bailey's.

Before I went on deployment in March 2016 I gave the gym a copy of my orders to cancel my membership. A few weeks ago i received a phone call from a bill collector. Icwas billed from march 2016-2017 even though I gave this company a copy of my orders. I contacted my command in Jacksonville and asked for another copy of my deployment orders from over a year ago and they still had them. Baileys corporate office is still denying my orders and charging me 500+ dollars.

I love baileys! I am a huge fan of workout classes and baileys has the best! I love there are several locations and if i am all over town i can choose one close by! The staff and front desk team at every location are super friendly!

I love these gyms. I'm pissed that they completely closed the doors during the hurricane. It's 24 hours for crying out loud!

Worth getting a membership at $20 a month but I wish the training company wasn't so damn pushy with the sales tactics. Could also do with more squat racks than just the two crappy ones in the corner.

Wow. I was told by one of their employees that I could get out of the contract if I paid a fee- not the case. I was going to go month-to-month but she assured me that I didn't need to pay the fee; instead, if I do end up changing my mind I can pay a fee. NOT REALLY! She lied. Why? Because Bailey's does not conduct their business soundly. If this review helps one person to stay away from Bailey's Gym, it has served its purpose.

I love Bailey's, been a member for several years. Staff is very knowledgeable. People who are giving them 1 star are dumb. They're only complaining because they couldn't get out of a contract that they signed.really? It's a binding contact! Since when can a person get out of a contract? Not their fault that they follow the rules and you don't know how to read, just saying.
