This Baileys has a good range of equipment but the front office employees are a headache. The morning and afternoon shifts give conflicting misinformation and aren’t upfront about sign up/membership/costs. The woman who works the morning shift is always rude and has a bone to pick with everyone. The bathroom and showers are not maintained well.

The showers are disgusting. I had to shower and change after my workout. It was disgusting. The floors are covered in hair and dirt. You would think as much as they charge they could clean the showers a couple of times per day.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Beware not to take pictures of yourself you might get put in timeout!

My membership was terminated because I was recording a video of myself jump roping in the gym (alone in the gym at 3am). No investigation on the recklessness of the security guard or anything, just instant termination of my membership. With this being said, they constantly repost people on Instagram who post themselves working out in the gym? ! The exact same thing that I was terminated for? It makes absoloutly no sense and I have been constantly disrespected when I go in to plead my case. Terrible management at the point meadows gym.

Absolutely ridiculous management move to ban someone for taking a video of themselves in an empty gym, and to go and re post your own customers pictures and videos doing the same? What a joke!

It’s an alright gym with pretty much everything you need equipment wise and for the price but my issue is with the key tags. Just got my membership a week ago and the front desk associate told me it would work in 24hrs.i came back and it didn’t work and had the same problem days following where i eventually asked if they could fix the problem i was having and they said it was out of their control and they have switched systems.i called corporate and they said the issue should be resolved soon but no specific time frame.i’d like to be able to go 24/7 but i'm pretty much forced to go when their office hours are open for someone to let me through. It’s just aggravating that them nor corporate and fix the issue for some reason, if the issue isn’t resolved this week im thinking about ending the membership or trying another baileys location.

Love going to Baileys for my workouts. The only issue I have is the floor in the back ab rooms floor looks and smells like dirt and sweat but that could just be a me thing. Other than that the facility is spacious, well air conditioned, clean and respectful. The perks of tanning beds and hydro massagers are worth the 35$ a month membership. The gym shop is also filled with every sort of sustenance you need for your workout.

I'm from Orlando and was visiting for the day. The staff was extremely nice. Let me use my courtesy day. If I ever move in with my family in Jax, I'm 100% signing up. Great equipment, clean and awesome customer service. Loved the gym

No complaints about the facility whatsoever. Great equipment etc… I’ve built a garage gym and started working from home so i wanted to cancel. I called and was told that once the year was up “I was good to go and my cancellation was updated in the system”… Turns out that you need to either call cooperate or send them a written notice. I was billed an additional $116. The coorperate office told me “there’s nothing there can do unless they have written notice”. It’s not a lot of money but it is frustrating that they took no ownership of giving me wrong info and taking my money.

I recently joined this gym, although I've been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years. This particular Bailey's gym is quite spacious. It offers a wide range of amenities, including basketball courts, a training room, a small abs room, a class studio, and a substantial area for both machines and free weights. They also have various products available for purchase on-site. The facility is well-maintained and clean, and the equipment is in good condition.

However, the locker rooms/bathrooms are on the smaller side, although they do include showers and a sauna. The impressive training room features four squat racks, sleds, ropes, and other equipment. Unfortunately, access to this room, as well as the basketball area, is restricted unless you have a middle or high-end membership package, requiring you to scan your card for entry. This card-based system can be inconvenient, especially if you must step out briefly and remember to bring your card. Given the modern technology available today, it would be great to see a phone-based scanning option introduced for a more convenient access method.

The gym tends to get quite crowded during peak hours, so if you prefer a less crowded workout environment, consider coming in during non-peak hours. Early mornings, around 6: 00 a.m, work well for me, as the crowd starts to thin out around 6: 20 a.m. The monthly membership fee of less than $40 is reasonable for the facilities and services offered here. Overall, it's a solid gym with room for technological upgrades to enhance the member experience.

They got rid of all the hammer strength training equipment and replaced it with the cheaper matrix equipment. I'm disappointed that baileys doesn't invest in the best quality equipment. And my card doesn't work for the extra training room it only works for the baymeadows and Philips gym and baileys refuses to switch it to the new gym. It's very inconvenient to me because I live right across from the point meadows gym. At one time baileys was the best gym now I don't see it that way anymore. Thank you

Meh. Everything is brown. Oldish equipment and 75% of the TVs have on Fox News. Good price but outdated. Sauna and free weight room and basketball area is awesome.

Chuze is a great gym. I was a member since 1985 with Bailey's and Chuze has bought them out! Thank you Bailey's for the memories!

Very nice gym in my opinion. Saw a lot of people not wiping down their equipment which kind of grossed me out. Might look for another gym.

Great place to work out and meet new people, but apparently we have to sweep the gym ourselves.
