Great gym with an awesome combination of newer and some more 'old school' equipment. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, plus their new athletic training area is a great addition to an already great gym!

Bailey's Health and Fitness is amazing! It is hands down the best fitness center in Jacksonville. I’m continually surprised that most people don’t realize it’s a locally owned and operated business. I think because it’s such a well run organization people assume it’s a national chain. I worked here for ten years and they care about their people like they are family. We should all be proud to have this amazing local business that helps improve the health and wellness of the residents of not only Jacksonville but North Florida (Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orange Park, St. Augustine, Palatka, the Beaches) and South Georgia. This place turns into sharks when you cancel. Do everything they can to get as much money out of you as possible asking for bank statements, insurance documents and other personal financial information.

I was a member of Baileys over 5 years, the staff is usually pleasant and courteous. After being embarrassed by a manager tonight, I will no longer consider baileys, and will cancel my daughters membership. I hope no one has to be treated that way.

Great Gym! Excellent staff! They give great dating advice. And workout advice so thats double the value. Ive been a member for 2 years and i switched from LA fitness. Ever since i switched my dating life has improved. I dont know if its because i have gained 30 pounds of muscle or the dating advice I received from the friendly staff. Either way im very happy with my results. Its open 24/7 and they have Clean new equipment. Melissa For President!

The staff here is phenomenal, especially the opener in the mornings! They have the best prices and equipment.plus it's open 24 hours so I can workout whenever. They offer classes, tanning, and a play area for the kids so everybody wins! Hands down best place to be! The manager, Melissa and the PT Manager, Gina are always there for you and want to help in any way possible!

I love this gym! Seriously the greatest staff ever! Also, everyone is so friendly there! If you ever need help or can't figure out the equipment, the staff and the other gym members are super helpful. I've been to planet fitness, anytime fitness, and LA fitness, and nothing compares to this baileys! Joining Merrill Rd. Baileys is the best decision I've made in a long time! Tons of equipment, classes, trainers, and everything someone would look for in a gym is right here!

Yeah this place is DEFINITELY money hungry.
Guest service is el terrible'.
Contract seems more like a choke hold.
Hidden fees GALORE.
Once they get their money, you become annoying to them.
The equipment is awesome however.
But nope, wouldn't recommend.

Great gym! Love the front desk staff, they are always ready to greet me with a smile and answer any questions I have about the products they have. The work out classes are phenomenal. Most of all the girls is the child care are super sweet an they treat my daughter well while I get my work out. They have equipment for any work out you are looking to do! This location may not have a sauna or is as big as the others but the staff and equipment make up for it! Love this place.

Great gym, great staff, amazing environment if your an iron addict like myself. Shoutout to Francis for helping me get all started since day1 with a baileys powerhouse membership i definitely recommend this gym to anybody who is serious about gains!

I've been to most Bailey's gym, unfortunately there is no sauna but it's the one I call home and travel further than the one closest to me.

Love this place. The staff is great and there is a great variety of equipment for strength and cardio training. The fitness trainers will definitely get you where you need to be also!

Love Bailey's. Group fitness classes are great. This is an older location though. It would be great if it were remodeled like the Sunbeam location.

Do yourself a favor and spend the money elsewhere. At the surface Baileys seems good until you have to talk to anyone in customer service especially on the phone.even at the locations I have gotten snotty responses from the staff even asking for basic stuff or i will get ignored completely, and I go to multiple different locations depending on who I'm hanging out with that day and have the exact same problems. I just don't feel like they actually care about their customers at all.

Been hitting the gym hard here for a while now.my arms are at a monsterious 12.67 inches! Don't bring your girl here or she's mine
