15 minute service on our Michelle Allen alligator clock, straightened hands, got motor working and pendulum swinging. Oh Yeah!

We had 5 clocks repaired by Baker Clock and beyond pleased with the care and service provided to our precious family heirlooms. One of our clocks is 150 years old and passed through a third generation. Our home is filled with the beautiful sounds of our family clocks and we are ao thankful for his expertise. Highly recommended, honest, professional and skilled with clock repairs.

Brian has been awesome to work with! I brought him a 1970s/1980s Black Forest Cuckoo Clock that hasn't worked in years. He went in and cleaned/oiled the inside, and cleaned up the outside as well.
I wanted to get this fixed up for my Grandfather by Christmas, and Brian was able to get it done! Reasonably priced, quick communication, and he got it done faster than promised.

Not very happy my husband brought my old kitchen clock to get repaired. The gentleman told my husband he had parts for it.we got it home after paying $60.00 and by the next day it was not working.we took it back the next week.he kept it and told my husband what he thought was wrong with it.he then fixed it again and said it was working.but then told my husband they didn't make parts for it any more.so he could not guarantee that it would keep working.after having it home for 1 night.it started losing time again.he should have returned our money or at least part of it.very disappointed in this man I will never bring another one of our clocks there again.please don't waist your money on him.he should have told my husband about the parts in the beginning and the cost I would have told my husband not to pay that kind of money.
