Arrived at location only for the inbound operations manager Quincy Donohue to come to my truck being aggressive and rude to me telling me to leave because I didn't have an appointment. I actually did have an appointment but he didn't want to see the email or anything proving that I did have an appointment set up for 13: 00 and instead of dealing with his nasty attitude, I called my Landstar agent to deal with it.

Was recommended to me for purchasing compacitor for my A/C system which broke down Memorial Day weekend 2019 during awful heatwave (100 degrees).
Called to see if I could purchase last evening, willing to wait till morning or any convenient time but was told it would cost me $99 for him just
to open door on weekend. I feel he was taking advantage of a situation and was greedy. Treat others as you would like to be treated SIR. Maybe pay attention to the Golden rule. I no doubt expected to pay more for the part and inconvenience but $99 to open door!? Come on! Glad a contractor close by was nice enough to help us by selling part and trusted my husband as the retired EC he is.

I drive for Landstar, this is my second load hauling for Baker. Each experience is top notch. Pre-loaded trailer, Rick Kish walked me through the warehouse to get my paperwork, ultra friendly warehouse staff, all was in order, drop/hook and gone within 20 minutes of arrival. Outstanding job, Rick Kish. Thank you.

Problem with Grand Aire AC
I am an unfortunate owner of your a.c. System. I bought my house in 2012 where your a.c. Unit was installed by Accutemp in Shreveport. First I had issues with cooling (my a.c. Unit would stop running for some reason) it ended up being water accumulating in a.c. Pan in my attic triggering the cut of switch, probably install error. Then I had another a.c. Cooling issue witch ended up being a.c. Leak at out side coil. Then I had blower issue. Lucky those were covered under initial warranty, but still that's too many problems with a new a.c. Unit. Then shortly after the labor warranty ran out and during the winter time my heating stopped working, during especially cold days and with my pregnant wife, another a.c. Freon leak where I had to pay close to 1000 to fix (the part was covered, but the Freon and dryer, and labor was not). Then come this time, few weeks ago, guess what, the freaking a.c. Heating goes out again with a.c. Leak, I'm waiting on part and going to cash out again close to 1000 dollars again. I know as a first time home owner there will be mistakes and now I know to stay away from your units as they are cheaply made, not reliable, and cost home owner lots of money on fixing it.
Then I contacted the manufacturer and at first they replied to me. But its been two weeks since I herd anything from them.
