Went above and beyond to ensure wishes were fulfilled. John “JR” Ferguson, Savannah and the entire staff of Baldwin Brothers Funeral Services were nothing short of amazing. Everyone held their respectful position with dignity, compassion and fortitude, thus completely easing the burden of due process.

We were at a complete loss as to where to begin when our young son passed away. With emotions so raw; I was so afraid of this appointment with someone we didn’t know. In PA, where I came from, we knew the funeral director. When my parents and my brother passed away, knowing him was a comfort.
On the day of our appointment, we met JOHN (JD) DECLEMENTE, our funeral director. He was so great with us! So patient and kind. We were able to lean on him and trust him with EVERYTHING. He even moved some scheduling around to be sure to be available to us as needed. This gentle giant was who we needed! I would recommend Baldwin Brothers and especially John (JD) to anyone daunted with this awful task when losing a loved one.

My heart was grieving when I went into Baldwin, however, the people who work there were so helpful and kind, they made me feel better. John Ferguson was so kind to me and helped me understand everything and he was so patient when I gave him incorrect information. He made changes with no problem and no hesitation. He is a very kind man and an asset to Baldwin Brothers. He is very experienced in his profession.

John ‘JR’ Ferguson went above and beyond in assisting us with the details of arranging for our final goodbye to my father at his death. We appreciated the service JR provided to our family.

Losing a loved one can be a very emotional and challenging experience. In the past year I have had the need to use Baldwin's services twice. Each time I received exceptional care and support. In both cases my loved ones passed away at home. The Baldwin staff who picked them up were compassionate and very respectful. The staff at the Baldwin office always made me feel like I was the most important person to them as they professionally and respectfully helped me navigate the cremation needs of my mom and a very dear friend. Outstanding and highly recommended.

I recently worked with Kym Zaja to put prepaid cremation in place for myself and husband. Kym was a joy to work with as walked me through the options and put our plans in place. Kym made an intimidating thing easy. I feel so much better knowing my family will have the peace of mind of making one phone call - when that time comes. My beautiful mama had a Baldwin plan in place at her passing and it alleviated an unfathomable amount of additional stress and worry for our family during our extreme grief. Baldwin Brother's were professional, respectful and efficient handling the details for us. I highly recommend both Kym Zaja and Baldwin Brother's for your funeral/cremation planning needs.

Yvonne Baird is a lovely lady and made us feel comfortable immediately. She is knowledgeable and efficient and made the preplanning a good experience, even though it is an unpleasant subject. We now have peace of mind and our children will not have to make decisions for us.

My sister passed away unexpectedly. I arrived to sort things out and to make appropriate arrangements. She had a ceremony put together that was just perfect with a poem that just expressed the class act of my sister. With candles and butterflies, it was exactly what we needed for closure.
