They raised the price of hookah from 30 to 40.30 is already overpriced, but quality of hookah is just ok. Paid everything cash and then had the security guard trying to stop me from driving away, which was weird. This place has no culture. Very pushy with drinks and trying to sell their custom flavors. If you want to relax and be in control of what you order without someone trying to upsell to you constantly. Go elsewhere. Definitely not coming back here.

I must admit, this has been the best lounge I have been to EVER. I LOVED the service. Best service. They are soooo loving and caring. They are very attentive. The food is A1. The drinks are on point and put you on such a high. Let's not forget the environment. The atmosphere puts you in another state. The decor is above any I have ever been to in a lounge. You MUST visit and trust it won't be your last time.

I wanted a nice, chill, calm place to smoke hookah. I didn't want an overcrowded, noisy, messy place. I read the reviews and figured that this spot would be perfect. And they were right! First and foremost the ambiance was ammmaazzziiinnnnngggg! Customer service was super attentive. Checked on me all the time, made sure my hookah was pulling correctly. Food was also great btw. Everything was really good. The food was superb, the service superb, the ambiance superb and presentation superb. Definitely will be coming back here again!

Bali Lounge is always a good time! I’m ashamed to say how many times I’ve been in the last month since I found place. Aya and Vera have been my servers. I’m sure the others are great too but those are my go to servers! Great vybez, great service, great people. Made a lot of new friends here. It’s an intimate place but also allows for interaction amongst different parties. I want this place to get all the recognition it deserves! But I also want it to remain a hidden gem. Jev, the team is doing a great job.

Super chill place. One of the most decent hookahs. Nice chill music. Good stuff. Tropical sangrias. That's what you want.

I absolutely love this place when I come to Florida this is my go to place it’s clean and the workers are amazing and so nice and caring they take their time to make sure your experience is amazing and it definitely is pricing is fabulous it’s the best hookah in Florida!

The service was top tier. I had Zalia as a waiter and she was such a pleasure to work with. She attended to our every need.
