Will (Not Go There Again) don't recommend this place thing were broken the tray was dirty the doctor would take off her gloves then put the same one back on very unsanitary don't do it. I would put o stars but the girls that work there was very nice and kind.

I so wish I had read the reviews before taking my daughter to this dentist. The assistant was awesome but the good stops there. We waited 40 minutes for the dentist to come in and my daughter was the first patient. This dentist is by far the rudest "dr" I've ever met. My daughter is special needs and had lost her balance and fallen and busted her 2 front teeth. We went there specifically for an emergency referral to sedation dentistry after talking to the insurance company. She insisted my daughter needed 2 root canals and 2 crowns and was very angry when I explained I did not want to put her through that since she doesn't use her teeth. She does not chew and all her food is pureed. She asked very aggressively, "Then what do you want? Why are you here if you're not going to do what I'm telling you needs to be done? " I explained we needed the referral to sedation dentistry and she said fine. That was almost a week ago and the insurance company just told me the office never put in a referral. This was an emergency appointment so I had to pay $50 just to get the referral and she still hasn't submitted it.

This office is the worst ever! Very unprofessional and don’t care about how you feel! The dentist barely speaks any English TBH I believe she is prejudice, she only hire’s Spanish speaking that barely understands English! They will call you one day to remind you of your appointment and then when you arrive they are confused as to why you’re there. They will have you waiting for hours on hours to see her! She is the only dentist in the office so she over books patients just for the money! Every time you turn around she has a brand new BMW and workers! The longest worker is probably 6 months! She does not care about the patients at all and she is rude! For what I observed she does not treat her worker right.

I have been calling for days trying to cancel an appointment and it has been impossible for them to answer the phones. Terrible service. They don't do anything on time. I don't even wish my worst enemy to arrive here where this dentist is.

Worst dentist office in the world no one knows how to do their job. They take to long. Gives false advertisement to their patients and they are just the worst.i will never recommend going to this dentist office again

They lost my teeth. Also had pulled the wrong teeth. It been since last December waiting for teeth. It's terrible and the Dentist is very rude

Worst dental office! Over booked appointments. You wait hours before being seen and they tell you they forgot you was there! WTH! No manager. This is so unprofessional. Save yourself the aggravation and, Go to a different dentist. If I could give Zero star, I definitely would. But that was not an option.

Worst place EVER REGRET THE DAY I WENT THERE NEVER AGAIN! WONT RECOMMEND IT NOT EVEN TO MY DOGS!

Out of 85 reviews only 14 are more than one star. That in itself tells a story. I should’ve checked before I put myself through this.

I usually would wait a couple of days to cool off from a bad experience before I blast a business but this one put me out of character to the point that I can’t wait and they don’t deserve that either.

For starters the waiting room is tiny and just with a few people there you can feel claustrophobic. Most of the staff give a vibe that they don’t like working there and they are incompetent. Except for the miss know it all blonde Spanish lady who talks down to people in a condescending manner as if everyone is beneath her.

So, here is the skinny…

My wife makes an appointment for my two boys to get their annual cleaning. She is usually the one to take them but because I was able to, I agreed to take them. According to a sheet of paper that my wife gave me, the appointment was for 11: 30am. So because I pride myself on being on time, we got there at 11: 17am. I knew there would be some paperwork to fill out and all that stuff so I allowed a little extra time. We waited roughly about 5 minutes before the paperwork was handed to me. It wasn’t handed to my when I signed in.
But fine, we were early, so whatever. I finished the paperwork roughly around 11: 35am. About 2 minutes later they call the first of my boys. I was like cool. They should call my other boy shortly.

After hearing the blonde Spanish lady go back and forth with another client that wanted answers about something, which I will not disclose, for about 30min (now 12: 15pm 45m after our appointment), I decided to ask how much longer before my second boy was going to be called. The girl who worked at the front counter was who I asked and the blonde lady rudely interrupted and told me that I was late for the first appointment. I don’t know this to be accurate because I since then called my wife and she reiterated that they were both for 11: 30am. Now weather they were wrong or my wife made a mistake, first; I wasn’t talking to her. Second; that didn’t answer my question. It only pointed out that I was late. Which to me, I wasn’t. But even if they were correct, I wasn’t 45 minutes late.

Anyway, miraculously, after the blonde-know-it-all and I had an exchange, they called my boy in. The lady who walked us back seemed disoriented and was asking questions about stuff that she should know. This lady said “I don’t know who his doctor is” out loud. I didn’t ask. I already was feeling uncomfortable but this just didn’t seem right to me. So I took my boy off the chair and told them that I was going to reschedule. Meanwhile my other boy was still not done. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. All while feeling uncomfortable and irate.

This was one of if not the worst experience’s that I have ever had at a medical facility and judging by the interactions with the other clients and the demeanor of the associates, I’m sure I speak for a bunch of people. I mean again, the reviews tell a story. The culture is bad here and it shows. As long as I can help it, I am never going back and I strongly advise anyone to not go there.

Lastly, in case the owner cares to respond, I could only imagine (because of the culture) that somehow they will put the blame on me. I did act out like a child. Only after I was talked down to like a child by your associate. You reap what you sow. Sorry but not sorry.

Very disappointed, they had no concern for what I had to say about my tooth pain, apparently the paperwork I filled out was senseless as they clearly did not read any of it. They performed a cleaning even though I didn't want one as I knew it would cause me a great deal of pain and that was not what I was there for. The doctor disrespected me beyond belief when I told her I could not afford a root canal, asking me why I didn't work. Making me feel inclined to explain that I do work but I have kids and a household and I don't have hundreds of dollars to drop on my teeth as much as I wish I did. When I tried to ask her about my specific teeth that are causing me pain she ignored me. I left there in pain, feeling unheard and disrespected.

Wish I can give them a zero tho mf had the audacity to tell us that the parents can be inside with a minor because they don’t have space for the panic mind you my child is four years old I will be contacting the news, corporate and everything because this place should be closed down, unprofessional nasty and an organized and if you look for them in the Better Business Bureau, they’re not even better business bureau approved

A thank-you Ballet dental you guys are awesome had to reschedule car won't start truly appreciate taking the time out to do that with me and they have always tried to work with you & she's a great dentist and the Staff Amazing!
