My daughter and I went once. Worst nails ever. Gel polish on cuticles. Hers chipped by the time we got home. Paint not even. Would NEVER go back. And it was almost $100.00

I'm a stay at home mom and I wanted to treat myself to a mani and a pedi. This was my first and last time there. Both services were pure torture. My cuticles were cut and bled for hours after. They don't sterilize their tools like I've seen in some places. The guy was very remorseful for cutting me but I wanted a relaxing spa day and this what not it.

Very poor work. First started with the wrong color. The color in the sample was totally different it’s supposed to looks teal color. The dip powder is very tick and the shape of the nails is terrible, l don’t know even what kind shape is it. I told that l don’t like the color because it is different os the sample they didn’t offer to change the color and told me to be more careful next time and actually looks at the container with the color and not in the sample. Not good customer service, not recommend this nail shop.

I love this nail salon. Ask for Li she is the best she will make your nails exactly how you want them and she has excellent service. She makes amazing nails and is super nice. I have been going to this salon for many years and have gotten my nails done by many people here but Li is my favorite. In the photo I got this new color from OPI.

Called over the phone to get a price and drove 20 minutes just for him to tell me a difference price BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't even bother setting up appointments. They do not honor them. I waited almost an hour. I had asked twice how much longer and they kept saying in a little bit. This is the last time I am going. I did like their service but not if they don't honor appointments.

Good work but terrible customer service. The couple time I’ve gone here, I’ve either had to wait 45 min after my appointment to get seen, or got ditched in the middle of getting my toes done by the nail tech and had to wait 10 minutes for another one. Ridiculous…

Rushed service. Was rushed to pay before service was done. No soap was used for my pedicure.

Located close to home and Publix=pedicure and weekly grocery shopping done with one parking stop. Lee, my pedicurist, gives an excellent massage and is very kind. Great management and fast service every visit!

This was my first time at the shop (it was recommended to me). Okay experience while in the shop and I liked how my nails turned out, even though they cut like 3 of my fingers.however 2 days after, my gel manicure started to chip around the edges of 2 nails and by the 3rd day a piece came off and 2 more are starting to show wear around edges.this should NOT happen if they are done properly. I paid$80 for a gel mani & pedi that hasn’t even lasted a week.oh and the polish on one of my pinky toes lifted off as well. I wont be returning to this place. I feel like I wasted money

To anyone that is reading this please do not go to this place they do not know what they’re doing Henry did my full set acrylic nails and all of my nails ended up falling off in less than a week I had called to make an appointment and I asked him if he knew how to do the certain things that I want it and when I go in to get my acrylics done he couldn’t even do the simple French design that I wanted I came back because my nails are falling off and when I come back not the manager or the owner wanted to talk to me Or help me with the situation they told me they would charge me again Once again Henry do not go with Henry he does very bad work he doesn’t know how to do nails all my nails came off in less than five days and when I came back to ask what they could do for me they literally said that they were charge me a faucet again and all they could do is it $10 discount very bad place please don’t come here

Used to do my nails at this place for a long time but I can’t deal with this rude and unprofessional people anymore, they always made me wait without an apology but last time I waited for an hour with an appointment. They never want to fix their mass and I can’t even tell that you don’t like something because they starting to talk between them about me. Owner Henry is very rude, this place is dirty and no customer service at all.

I was interested in getting my eyelash extensions but I had no idea where to get it. I was referred by one of my friends to go to her Lash Tech, Hallie. And it’s been 2 months and I keep going back. She has amazing customer service and I always love my lashes. I always leave feeling really confident!

After having a horrible experience with another salon, this nail place was a life saver! Very peaceful environment and the workers are very gentle with your hands. Aren’t the best in nail designs but definitely left me satisfied.

I was attended by Tracy. She's awesome and super fast doing your pedicure. Very attention to details! She's very friendly.
