8It's okay, kind of dirty. Some of the staff was very helpful but a couple were obviously annoyed about being interrupted during their conversation. I have the card but don't think that I'll keep it or go back.
Their apparels are nice and they're on sale, ensure your wallets are prepared. But btwn BR and Brooks, I'd prefer Brooks Bros.
Clothing and store are lovely. Employee who is the petite older woman with short brown/reddish bob? Rude and snippy.
I had a wonderful experience shopping for the first time at this location. I came from out of town looking for some nice clothes for an event and was having a hard time finding stuff. Fanny in the fitting room was amazing! Words can’t describe how sweet she was and willing to help me find exactly what I needed. She brought me different style clothing that I would have never thought looked good on my body without her help. I left this store super happy with an entire outfit for the event I was attending. Fanny was definitely the best retail worker I’ve ever encountered. Will definitely return to this location if Fanny is there to style me!
For a "factory outlet" there were way too many items at the original price and not enough sale or discounted items as one would expect in an "outlet. "
I feel uncomfortable shopping for clothes because I am very picky and find it difficult to find what’s right for me. That being said I had a great experience at this Banana Republic location today. Samantha was very kind in helping me as she suggested different styles, checked in the back and was very patient with me as I made my decision. She even got me to sign up to the rewards program at checkout. Being in sales, I appreciate excellent customer service and wanted to leave a review. Thanks Samantha!
They must have a serious theft issues. Guy followed me around the store doing nothing in a comical, distracting fashion. I began watching him instead of shopping because he was just that distracting. I Paid for the pants I needed. Would have bought more but i was so happy to leave. Not a great experience.
