I’m still waiting for the manager to call me back because I’ve been overcharged. I had a coupon to apply to the doctors visit and they said they would refund me. I have a much longer story and if I don’t get any satisfaction I’m gonna post it on here. Stay tuned.

Banfield wellness plan IS NOT AN INSURANCE is a discount plan, is a scam because anything else out the plan comes out your wallet including really emergencies, THE BEST PART is if you want to cancel the "wellness plan" (discount $ervice) you have to pay in full the services your pet had. PLEASE! Do your search and get a better service for your loved pet

Doctor Villasmil was fantastic!
We arrive without appointment for my dog Nemo cough concern. Doctor Villasmil was amazing explaining us the options and helping to do the blood test and the X-rays fast and giving us the right medicine. Nemo was much better the same day! Thank you so much for the Dr and all the staff for the fast help and support.

I had my dog's nail filed. One person had my dog initially, but I think my dog was a little intimidating due to a few growls of discomfort from the busy atmosphere. She passed my dog on to Bri, and Bri was amazing. She seemed unphased by my dog and experienced. I will definitely request her services again next time.

SCAMMERS! SPENT$500 for nothing! HORRIBLE!
I am so done coming here. First they gave me a treatment for my cat with one injection, that I just found out after the 4th visit that injection was supposed to be combined with antibiotics they didn’t mentioned anything about the 1st time.
After 4th visit they said I had to take my cat to a dermatologist because they didn’t specialize in skin issues and I literally called asking for one and they said yes. Ughhh I wish I could SUE YOU for giving incomplete information to take advantage of peoples money!
Delinquents is what you are, and the Guy that’s manager and has a Tattoo Sleeve is a total incompetent arrogant! And gives out judgmental looks. I wish nothing but that this place gets better staff or Closes

Was very pleasantly surprised. Staff were great, from time of first call through to check out. Kind, gentle and understanding of circumstance.would love them to consider a community cat program to help with issue of cat colonies!
Will definitely go back. Dr Artemis was great.

Never went to Banfield pet hospital only for prescription food which I had to present to their clerks so my information could be entered in computer but always busy employees are very nice and helpful

The care at the Aventura Banfield is exceptional. The veterinarian called me himself to urge me on a pressing matter regarding my pets health and made it clear the path to success my pet needed. I was thankful for the call and scheduled an appointment immediately. The team made sure I understood the next steps and was clear in detailing the care my pet was going to receive. I am thankful for the love and care they provided to my pet.

They are the worst please save your pets life & money, go anywhere else they are all about making money, even afte my dog die because of their incompetence they are still trying to charge me a cancellation Fee

Fast and easy service for my pooch. Be careful because they try their hardest to upsell you things you don’t necessarily need for your pet.

Caring and informative front desk staff. Squeezed in my sick pup that day even though she's not a regular patient. Great 1st-time experience.

I called and told them the problem with my dog and they told me to come right away and i was there half hour later and was seen right away. The vet was very nice and i was pleased.
