The doctor we worked with was very informative and made the experience at this hospital better. Staff in the front lack emotional intelligence and empathy. In person and even down to the phone call I just received for a check in on my dog. Little reassurance that things will be OK or even acting like you care, goes a long way with an emotionally distraught pet owner.

We missed a couple of months of payments which we didnt realize and now there trying to charge us double the price as opposed to paying the last two months that we owe. Stay away!

Based on my experience there, i have to say see another veterinarian if you can. There were a few things that were done that left me in disbelief. I was told by the veterinarian after getting an estimate for surgery, I was told by the veterinarian that no other veterinarian will do the surgery. Having been told that, i made an appointment at another veterinarian who did the surgery, gave me the right size cone for my dog and was everything a veterinarian should be. I feel they are more concerned with the bottom line then the well being of the animals.

Everyone here is amazing. We have been taking our dogs here for almost 20 years. Have never had a bad experience. The care that they receive is top notch!

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this vet. Not only did they completely neglect to provide any follow-up care, but when my dog got sick right in their lobby, from the medicine they had just administered, they showed zero concern or empathy. It's shocking how little they seem to care about the animals they're supposed to be helping. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their pets' we'll being.

Dog Mom!

After spent a1 hour in the room, they took my dog and did a “comprehensive exam” and brought my dog again after 10 minutes and said that everything was fine, I asked, when the Dr will come and they said the Dr is not coming because she is a room with another dog! Really? ! That’s ridiculous! If I would like a virtual visit I will do it but is supposed to meet with the Dr to establish care and she never came! Very disrespectful and disappointed! No waste your time with the “coupon” to meet the team and see if the Dr will be a good vet for your dog because they just want that you buy the package that’s it! Awful experience!

This was my fourth visit with the groomers and they are all excellent.the service is top notch as always and the quality of the work on the dog is wonderful.thank you 100/100 for taking care of my pet every time he is with you.

Sophia, Brooklyn, vet & staff was fantastic - other than the 1st time vet visit seemed like waiting in patience level, everything was exceptional. Sophia deserves recognition with how she treated & clipped my dogs nails! This will most assuredly be my vet location to go again!

This might be the first time that I felt as if a vet team truly cared about my pet. I just recently moved from out of state and came to this Banfield as my pet really needed some attention. From the moment I made my appointment to the moment I left, the team at this location treated me and my pet with the upmost care. Superb customer service to the girls working the front desk, HUGE shout out to Veronica who was the absolute best to work with and a big thank you to Dr. Maria for being so thorough.

They are always super nice and helpful they answer all my questions with no judgement, I call them probably a lot. They love my dog! I think the pet plan is a great deal. Especially for puppies for the vaccines and spay or neuter.

We have been taking our dog to Banfield from the first day we got her and I have had only the best experience with their locations. Banfield is quick to respond to your needs, they work with you to get appointments, and answers all our questions. I have never seen a dog who is happy to go to the vet and greets everyone with tail wagging. Banfield is our vey for life.
