My little baby girl has been coming to them for 3yrs and I have never had a problem. They are carrying and informative with any worries I may have.

I have had a wellness plan with Banfield since my dog was born. It has been 6 years now. I tried this year to schedule dental work several times which the plan covers and they cancelled on me not having the doctor available to do so last minute. I wanted room service and it is always "drop of the dog" and I am not happy with that as the last time I did that Max was scared when I picked him up. I now received a call from collections trying to collect on money since I have used the service and gotten my money from it, the lady said I got about $1500 worth so I should be able to pay for the service. But I have not gotten all that the service offers completely but she said apparently if you get some it should be fine because it's not in the contract. Being a long time customer, I do not understand why this is how you treat people. The person who sold me the plan did say if not satisfied let us know which i had and then all of the sudden this is how they treat you. It's not a good place to go, better off getting pet insurance, before I recommended this plan now I let you know it is not worth it. Customer service and treatment of customers is not good. Also read the contract very carefully as it's not always what they tell you it covers apparently.

Simply keep your pets away from this place. Not a fan of Banfield anyways but other facilities provide decent service to your pet. However this one in particular is by far the worse. I have 3 dogs and all 3 are terrified of that place. I take them to other vets or animal hospitals and they are ok, not thrilled but calm and stable. However, every single time I take any of them there they get super stressed out, anxious and aggressive. 3 dogs all different breed can’t be wrong. If you must stick to Banfield, any other location is a better choice. Like the one on West pines for example is a great alternative.

The WORSE pet services I ever had they cancel your appointment 20 min before, and “MAKE YOU” drop your pet, for a simple rabie vaccine to keep your pet in a cage for 6 hrs

Too many things a la cart. Always upgrading offers. Problems with their web info. Do I still go yes cause I have no choice for my dog and they know it.

We have been coming here every since we got a dog. They have been our go-to for all our dog needs. We recommend them to everybody that has animals. They take their time when it comes to helping us and giving us the right information when it comes to our dog. He is now 5 months old, and he has been coming here since he was born, and we will continue to bring him here. Great staff and great hospital!

The staff are professional and kind, with that being said double and triple check your appointment with them. Overall the care and detail for your pet is great.

Terrible service and they lie to you with the prices, they invent tests for you that if you say you don't have the budget.they proceed to not provide the service your pet needs.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SITE, THEY LIE TO YOU THEY INVENT DISEASES TO DO EXAMS WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION. I paid for the castration of my pet and during all the time the animal has been in excellent health. On the day of the exam, they even inventory heart problems just so they pay more. THEY ARE THIEFS! I am so sorry that they play so much like this with the health of our children

TOTAL SCAM

Received a notification that my dog had a hospital visit when in fact my dog was last seen 11 months prior. When I called and spoke to a manager I was given a ridiculous excuse that someone must have been looking into my dog's chart and that is why it showed he had a hospital visit. Absolutely ridiculous and unethical. The following day (07/2023) I canceled the monthly plan I had through Banfield. Only to find out that yes the plan will be canceled immediately, however, I will need to continue to pay the monthly payments for another 12 months. So essentially, my dog last received services 08/2022, plan canceled 07/2023, but I will have to continue to pay monthly payments through 07/2024. This is an absolute scam and incredibly unethical!

They are scammers, they only care about money. I still take my 4 dogs there, and the truth is I regret it. One of them woke up with a cough and they wanted to charge me $800 and told me that my dog ​​was going to die soon because it was a heart cough. It was a lie! My dog ​​had the flu. They charged me $400 for a heartworm injection and now they want to give him the same treatment because that payment is not in the history. As I said that I was not going to give him the treatment again, because I am going to change veterinarians, the supposed manager tells me "you are hurting your dog. " TAKE CARE OF YOUR PETS AND DO NOT TAKE HIM TO BANDFIEL!

There needs to be better training with staff at this location. I called Sunday, June 20th at about 1: 30pm to inquire about euthanasia and cremation services for my senior dog who was not going to make it another day. The young man I spoke to, bless his heart, was not much help and lacked compassion. I was told they were not able to accept me that day, which was unfortunate because they close at 5: 00pm. I was on hold for about 10 minutes because their "system was down" and he was not able to help me with an appointment. He said he was going to "try to call me back before 5pm" and unsurprisingly, he never did. It has been 2 days and no one has called me, not even to check or apologize. I had to go to another facility the same day which is very unfortunate because I have the wellness plan with Banfield. Please teach your employees to keep their word and follow-up, and to pay attention to the conversation. If someone is telling you that they need to euthanize their dog because they're not going to make it, don't end the call by saying "have a nice day. " Unbelievable. I will not bother brining my other dogs here. The Doral location is much better but unfortunately, they are not open on Sundays.

Staff works hard to help with pet regular care and/or unexpected health concerns. Vets are helpful and show they care for your fur baby. Areas fir improvements: need better reduced pricing for things not on wellness plan, need more expertise for dog skin care including home remedies recommendation and prevention protocols. Should have a member discount for Petsmart or other pet stores too. Should cover emergency care pricing link when sent to emergency care hospital. Should offer actual pet insurance.

If I could give 0 I would. Terrible staff operating the hospital, they place your call on hold for 15 min +, Time appointments are suggestions, and doctors would not come out to explain the preventive care. Not happy at all with this bandfield. Won’t bet taking my dog here, NO LONGER.

I took my puppy last week for a check up and the nurse was very knowledgeable. She explained a lot of things I didn’t know. I am very thankful for that. Honestly, don’t know why this place has bad reviews. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Yes I do recommend this place.

Horrible experience from start to finish i honestly regret coming back and giving a second chance to this place with no regards to your pet they will try to up sell you on care plans and medication your pet already has just to make a sale that coupon for free visit doesn’t even matter its just to fet you to come in then they will still charge you for it when you come to pick up your medication walked in for $20 meds left with a $90 bill for check up they never did just so they can get the charge back then the manager will not see you they just hide in the back never coming again and will never recommend anyone here ever save your self the trouble check out the humane society at least the funds you spend goes back into taking care of lost and abandoned pets then some corporate people that copied gamestop selling practices stay far far away waste of time

I had an appointment at 830am. I waited 30 Mins before someone took my dog in. After 3 hours I called to find the status of my dog. My dog had not been seen. I physically drove to the office at 4pm in which she still had not been seen. Finally left a few minute to five 8 hours plus.and $350.

I came back a week later for a follow up and was running 11min late. I was turned away because I was 11 minutes late and the lobby was empty. Sorry this did not pan out as I do understand I was 11 min late but to cancel my appointment when a week ago I was in the waiting area for 30 min before my dog was seen and then kept pass 8 hours. Delete im sure they are a lot of Vets that would love an extra patient. Canceling my wellness with Banfield

I've had a good experience with the vets and they treat my dogs well. However, there always seems to be an issue with scheduling and administrative things. For instance, we had an appointment for today at 9: 15AM. We arrived at 8: 55AM. They said they changed our appointment to 8: 45AM; however, we had no e-mail or phone call with an update on the time. Upon arrival, we were informed of the time change and that we were late, and because of that, we had to wait until 9: 45AM to drop him off. We showed the receptionist the email and voicemail, but to no avail. She said we had to wait. That is ridiculous. We make appointments, so we can be attended on time. We work and have small children, so it's difficult to wait. It was also a drop off appointment. I don't know why they couldn't just take him in. We pay for the monthly care and this is just upsetting.
