Today was an extremely difficult day, but I want to thank the receptionist at this location. It was my 15 year old cat’s day to cross the rainbow bridge, and I called 2 locations before this and everyone was full. Instead of just saying “sorry we’re full and I can’t view other stores” she took it upon herself to call the other locations for me so that I could care for my cat while she needed me. They were able to squeeze me in at an Oldsmar location, where we received extremely gentle and kind patient-care services from all staff. Mama and I appreciate you all.

The lady Bev who works here needs to find a new line of work or stick to placing orders & doing things in the back. She has been awful to deal with from the beginning with my puppy & doesn’t know how to talk to people. I’m sorry I ever went here honestly. She had me so scared thinking that my puppy has heart worms and telling me that I was gonna have to pay 2 to 3000 dollars for treatment. Even though I have had my puppy on preventative care staring at 16 weeks. I just highly recommend finding a different place to go. Also, I was a little bit upset to find out that my puppy could’ve been on preventative care starting at 12 weeks & they refused to put her on it until 16 weeks, then I also found out that my puppy should’ve been tested for Heartworms at 6 months of age to make sure she didn’t have Heartworms & could continue on her preventative monthly medicine, & they never said anything about it until she turned eight months old & then told me that they do it at eight months instead. With the amount of money I paid them I’m very upset with how the whole entire situation was handled.

There's no option for zero stars. My dog was a regular Banfield patient for a few years. However, he started having sudden strange signs and symptoms late 2022, so I took him to Banfield twice, in December and January. They performed testing and said he "had a bug". In March, he passed away from cancer diagnosed by a private vet. I will absolutely never take any of my dogs to Banfield again. He was like a son to me.

I went here to make an appointment for my dogs vaccines. Clean place, nice lady at the desk. This place is still "following covid protocol " and will not allow pet parents to stay with their pet during the exam, the pet is " taken in back " and treated. I'm not ok with this. I need to be with my pet. There is no reason for this. I left and will take my dog to a private veterinarian.

They are always very loving and caring when the staff works with my cats. I have also seen the staff treat my mother's 2 dogs and 3 cats like royalty. The Veterinarians are very professional and knowledgeable when talking to me concerning the check-up results. They are more than willing to take the time to explain the results in terms that I can understand!

I brought my six-year-old Ella in for a large pillow ear. It needed to be drained. The doctor did not listen to me and decided that all she needed was antibiotics. Some steroids and now her ear has blown up twice as much. I have spent a lot of money there for absolutely no reason. And the fact that I now have to pay to have that done again and taking care of the right way. I will never come back to banfield.

Telling me that veterinary records are governed by HIPPA is just embarrassing. I'll find a less ignorant staff. Not the confidence a person is looking for when it comes to the care of their fur babys and looking for a new vet.

Great staff. Just got my dog neutered last week, and they have been super patient with me and all my questions. I have nothing bad to say about them, although my dog my disagree.

Very expensive but much better food than Winn-Dixie please don't go to Winn-Dixie the food's terrible the food's bad I just want a terrible report bought some chicken that was so bad bought a salad with a sour egg you know how old a house would be to be sour so definitely shop at Publix leave Winn-Dixie alone
