I am so glad to have discovered this facility! I started my Yorkie on the wellness plan after getting a very high estimate for a dental cleaning from my previous vet. This plan was less than that estimate alone. The plan not only includes the dental cleaning but all the visits, checkups, and vacations throughout the year. The staff and vet's are wonderful!

My wonderful, active, lively puppy died 2am 24 August as he slept. He had af appointment with this place on 21 August. Please do your homework about this place. I can't cancel my account now that my puppy is dead and I cant seen to be able to talk anybody, other than billing, to discuss my loss and no one to be accountable fit what happened to Dusty. I came to the hospital and all they told me was someone will be calling me, well nothing yet.

2 weeks ago I made an apt with the office because my dog was sick and throwing up. When our apt finally came we went in the room and I spent 2 mins giving symptoms and the story of what was going on. The vet tech gave me a quote of $780 bill before the vet even saw him. I asked for a piece of mind. I wanted the vet to just take his temp and see if they really saw the need for all that or if he just needed some chix and rice for a few days. Instead she got rude with me and said my dog can’t “skip the line because the wait is a 3 hour drop off”. 3 hour drop off for my dog to get his tempature taken? This is disgusting. I have been coming here for 10 years between all my animals. They had an excuse with Covid soft drop offs and now they’re taking advantage. I pay $50+ a MONTH and they REFUSED treatment in my dog. They called the next day with the audacity to ask if he was okay. And when I said that I wanted dr seiler to call me so I can talk with him because the office is refusing my dog. They called back and said they had an apt 2 weeks from that day. I didn’t talk to the dr. I am not going to bring my dog back 2 weeks later from an upset stomach. Dr seiler also turned away another dog of minethat had to be put down because he was very sick and they refused his service also. They said the office “was booked”. This place is a sad excuse for a vet. More like a money hole without empathy.

All those that helped me with my beloved cat Simon were so loving and kind. Wonderful caring group of people at Banfield Pet Hospital. I can't thank you all enough.

They never have urgent appointment, you need to wait 4 to 5 days for an appointment but if you don’t pay the insurance on time is another story

Zoie to the left recuperating after a tumor removal and Buddy her lil man keeping her company. Banfield did a great job and took good care of my beautiful pitbull.

I will never trust Banfield with any of my pets ever again. And Banfield please don't even bother to reply.

I used to be well pleased with Banfield. You have to leave your pet for hours and don't even get to see our talk with the vet. At least not at this location. It's difficult to get an appointment. When my dog was sick they couldn't see her for a week. I waited a long time to pick up my pet after being told she was ready.

They were really nice. You drop your dog off and they call you when they are ready. My dog had two ear infections and we believe it's an allergy. I think it maybe to chicken.
He is doing much better since on his special diet.

They provided compassionate and expert medical care which is obviously important when it comes to our pets.

We are visiting from out of country and forgot our dogs allergy meds (it was snowing when we left). We called another vet before we found Banfield and they were not helpful at all. When we called Banfield everyone from who answered the phone to who greeted us when we arrived to the vet tech were so wonderful. They originally wanted us to leave our Standard Poodle for a couple of hours, which we were not comfortable with, so they asked us to come back in 45 minutes. When we returned she was done and we had our usual meds she is used to taking. Would highly recommend and would definitely return if needed. Wonderful experience. Gotta love Florida weather with a dog! May says THANK YOU!

Slow service, and they don't answer the phones all the time and don't return calls for messages. The Doctors are great, but they need help up front with the phones and service.

Been bringing my pup since she was 2 months old, they always take great care of her, I just wish we didn't have to drop & go. Covid has changed so many things today, I just would like for things to go back to normal.

My dog gets anxiety in kennels so I specifically make appointments so I can wait with her in a room and every other Banfield I've been to accommodates this, but not this one. They insist on taking your pet, keeping them in a kennel, all stressed out, for over an hour just to assess them and give them vaccines. Why can't I take her out into the store while the doctor assesses other pets? Why can't we sit in one of your rooms, at the end of the day, and wait? Why do you insist on stressing pets out when there are other options? If it wasn't close to impossible to get into a new vet clinic I would've taken her somewhere else, but now that she is UTD on her stuff, I will be actively looking for a new vet. And even if I stick with Banfield, I will not bring her back to this one. Very disappointed.
Edited to add, they also 'price match' with chewy, but only if you include shipping which chewy doesn't even charge over a certain amount so how in the hell can you claim a price match when you really don't? C'mon Banfield, be better.

We just lost our Kitty, Kiki. She passed away in my arms at home. We had her on the Wellness plan, and had just spent $1100 in addition to the monthly fee, to save her.
We called to cancel her plan, informing the customer service person, she had passed. She told us we would still have to pay for her plan (which doesn’t end until May, or whatever charges they calculate for services in addition to what we had already paid! This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! I will be taking my other two kitties off of this plan and find another Veterinary Hospital that TRULY CARES about the Pets and NOT the Bottom Line! I urge anyone thinking about this plan, not to do it! We certainly didn’t save money doing this!

Took my puppy here for the “complimentary” first visit. He was there for 6 hours (I wasn’t allowed to stay with him) and then when we finally picked him up, they tried to tell me our bill was $400….
