The Banfield Pet Hospital in Hollywood is a million times better than the one in Ft. Lauderdale!

I brought my dog in at 5 PM. The Clinic closes at 6 PM. There were no pets waiting to be seen in the lobby. After waiting for one hour, I was told that neither Dr. Davidson nor Dr. Salinas would provide any care for my dog. Maybe they should have chosen another profession instead of being vets. The front desk was also rude as always.

Fantastic vet hospital. We've been taking our cat for months now and never once had an issue. Every team member we've interacted with has been warm, kind, attentive and well informed. Couldn't speak higher of this place!

Dr. Sarah Davidson is the best veterinarian we’ve ever had. She has taken amazing care of our dogs. In fact, she diagnosed and treated conditions that would have been life-threatening. Her staff of technicians are so kind and skillful. So long as Dr. Davidson is there, we’ll be going to Banfield in Hollywood.

The people that work at Banfield Pet Hospital are welcoming, helpful & friendly. They not only make pet partners but also make your pet feel comfortable, safe & well taken care of.

This is the only vet I will take my baby Anon. They are very caring towards animals as well as the owners. They listen to all my questions and answer them in a way I can understand what’s truly going on with my cat. I love that they call to check in after an appointment and even offer video call appointments. I think the best part is their memberships for pets, affordable and very convenient.

Absolutely Awsome! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Dr Sarah, took her time to explain evrything that was dobe and the results. The best of all is they treated my girls with nothing but love.

Worst vet office I ever visited and I lived in 6 different states.
They charged me 3 times for health certificate than the average cost. (Even though I had the Banfield insurance). Moreover, the service was horrific- they lied and didn’t want to help. The service was the biggest nightmare ever. We almost lost an expensive vacation due to lies about the health certificate. I sent a letter from my lawyer and they didn’t respond. Stay away! Worst place ever!

This is a great place for your one-stop pet care needs! You can make appointments online, and if you need to reschedule, a prompt allows for a callback if you leave your name, number, and a brief explanation on the reason for the call. The office will try to promptly you back within the day.

I am very happy with the care and attention my family and pet have received. I enjoy going online to buy and receive pet products via their website. I would highly encourage pet owners to give Banfield Pet Hospital a try. You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Dr. Davidson and made an appointment for my cat. I arrived 5 minutes late due to terrible traffic/accident in the area. The lady at the desk was very sweet but the vet refused to see my cat because I was 5 minutes late. I definitely will not be making another appointment at this office! Absolutely ridiculous!

I needed same day vaccines asap.for a rental application with HOA. Not only did they get all 3 of my dogs in the same day they helped work with us on the price with coupons because we were short on money. The doctor was honest professional kind and caring. The front desk clerks Sarah and Kathy were so good t I us and the animals. They treated my pets like family. They are our new veterinarian for life!

They are only a wellness check facility. If your pet is in need of immediate care. They can not help you.
This franchise is basically useless as a vet medical provider and you are better off finding a real vet.

Their preventative care is useless, I had been with them for 2 years prior to this discovery. They told me she was fine (after I pointed out a lump on her nipple) and she died 7 months later. It had metastasized so bad from that single lump and it went into her internal organs. Had they suggested she needed immediate care, she would still be alive.

Do yourself a favor. Get a real vet. There are also wellness plans with them.
