Banfield Pet Hospital, Palm Harbor FL

Unsympathetic to my plate of trying to find denamarin, a supplement that does not even need a prescription, for my very sick dog. I even offered to come in and pay for an exam. She was rude and unsympathetic.

We just adopted our dog Harley 13 weeks ago. We are taking him up to Palm Harbor and always have DR Richie. We absolutely love him and the way he takes time and talks with us. We recently had an issue with Harley and was unsure if it was medical or behavioral. So dropped him off and the nurse and Dr. Richie took care of him. She talked to us about behavioral issues and how to handle him. When the Dr called us and said everything looked fine and explained he Harley had been neutered just before we got him so the testosterone levels maybe up and down. We were so relieved to have answers and a way forward with our fur baby. Please let Dr Richie know he is truly appreciated.

Very friendly and helpful staff for treating our fur children. They are very concerned and caring.

Unfortunately my little guy passed before we could have him looked at, but everyone was so kind and compassionate and I wanted to say thank you.

Always friendly.recently had to say goodbye to our 14.5 yr old Golden- the room was set up, it was like being in our living room.no cold table or beight lights.very peaceful, quiet, dimmed lights, was so very nice for our girl.

I am so absolutely pleased with the service I received from Banfield Palm Harbor. Tim at the front and Joy the nurse are the best. So friendly and kind. Dr. Borecky, Dr. Richey and Dr. Barbosa are three of the most wonderful doctors I have ever taken my dogs to. They dont do anything unnecessarily and they are very informative and caring. This place has been there for some very emotional moments when I needed a good vet the most.

I can't say enough about this place in a positive light other than I'll always bring my pets here.

Jessica, Dr. Richey + the entire crew here is amazing! They take the time to listen to everything that is going on with your pet and the time to explain any diagnosis + next steps. Everyone has been kind and thoughtful. I am always able to schedule an appointment, the process from scheduling, to check-in/out and the appt is efficient + seamless. They are also able to see both dogs at the same time and offer drop off appointments. We also have our dogs on the monthly plan and we love how easy it is to keep them current on everything from shots to flea/tick/heartworm meds.

Both vets, Dr Richie and Dr Borecky, are very informative and really like the animals. The staff is quite skilled. It’s a clean facility and I bring both my dogs to get their care here. They have excellent communication.

Can never get an appointment for something important. Vets change like we change our underwear.

Very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced especially with one of their pet plans.

Treated myself and my pets wonderfully! Here on vacation and made my nervous pets feel very comfortable. They made every effort to accommodate my very large great dane!

I am not sure about other Banfield Hospitals because this is the only one I would go to. I love the vets and the staff. They are so knowledgeable and really love what they do. My dog is older and she had some issues along the way and they really took good care of her. They not only treated my dog but they also went into detail about her care so I would be a part of the decision making. I feel so lucky to have found this hospital.

The BEST Banfield in the Tampa Bay area. We live in Trinity, but will always bring our dogs here. We've tried 2 other locations, but none compare to the PH location.

I have had 2 plans with them for my dog and they are super nice to my dog. He's is 2 and his saftey is my first concern. But there absolutely great and I know he rough around the edges sometimes.
