I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Tess Tanner Copeland, and the employees at this office.the employees who ask the intake questions for drop off are so thorough and listen to every concern.last visit was a gentleman who I unfortunately cannot remember the name of, and today was a woman who was so easy to talk to and made genuine conversation while also ensuring that she wanted to hear about my concerns for my cat, and also complimented the way I care for my cat which I appreciated so much. And today when Dr. Tess Tanner Copeland called, she was extremely thorough with the treatment plan as well as addressing every single one of my concerns that I had earlier. I feel really taken care of there, they make the process so much easier especially with the OWP. I live out in Davenport and I still will only come to this location. I’m really thankful to everyone here. Thank you for being so consistent and kind every time.

Dr. Copeland at Banfield Pet Hospital in Ocoee has been an absolute blessing for our beloved Maltese. This is the first Banfield Hospital that I have loved. They are extremely kind and seem to be very organized and efficient. Drop off visits are easy and when picking up my dog they always give a thorough run down of everything I need to know. Love bringing my dog here

While I don't have a pet and do not partake in those services, my wife works at Banfield (say hi to her for me). From her perspective, this pet hospital utilizes modern research-based treatments. They also have an amazing payment program.

We love this location for our pup. They always have availability, and their staff and doctors are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They really care for the well-being of your animal.

Had a scheduled appointment and the vet let me know it was only going to be an hour or an hour and a half so we decided to wait. We ended up waiting for over five hours. If they had let me know the wait was going to be so long we would have rescheduled or went home and came back. They are extremely unorganized. Other dogs were in and our while my dog had to be there traumatized for over five hours just for a quick eye check.

I rarely give reviews but when you get excellent service you have to let them know. Today was a rollercoaster emotional day as we took our dog - Holly in today. Dr. Edghill showed great empathy, care and compassion along with her assistants. She explained everything in detail where we understood. We had time to discuss what our next step would be and made the right decision. We did not feel pressured into anything, we asked questions. Glad to say we left there with Holly with a treatment plan and feel so much more at ease. Holly is resting and we will keep an eye on her and how the medication works and with prayers. Thank you Dr. Edghill and your assistants. Thank God for caring people!

Pushy, tried to sell us on tests that we didn't need, then tried to sell us a very pricey pet plan so those tests wouldn't be so expensive.
I don't like feeling like I'm at a used car dealership when I'm trying to have my pet looked after.
Lately it feels like every business is just trying to swindle me and this one was no different.
Do not recommend.

Excellent experience here. We just moved to the area and were actually contemplating canceling our wellness plans because we had such bad experiences with our previous Banfield location. I'm glad we didn't. Vet tech Katie showed affection to our dog (which never happened at our other location). She and the vet both did an excellent job explaining things and offering the best approach to handle our dogs skin issue.

Been there 3 times and always referred me to a run down clinic that charged me $700 for blood work cause they were always booked for the day, did an experiment the same day i was turn down for the 3rd time, when my white girlfriend took her dog 20 minutes later she was taken care of right away, hmmmmm, maybe ill call myself Steven.or Mark next time and and dye my hair blonde to get service.

I am so happy with my experience there. My cat had an ear infection (treated by another vet) and after 2 rechecks with them, I decided to go to Banfield because they had a coupon for a free first visit. I am so glad i went there. They found out that my cat had ear mites which is why his infection wasn't fully cleared by now (I have no idea how the other vet missed that). The doctor was fantastic, she spend time in the room with me, addressing every concern I had and questions about my pet's health. The next day, I found a worm on my cat and I called them, I didn't know what to do and wanted to avoid having to bring him back. They told me to email them a picture of it. Shortly after the doctor called me, told me what it was and told me I could come pick up medication that same day. They made it so easy.
The only thing I didn't like is that the nurse I had at first didn't seem to understand why I brought my pet in, and kept asking me the same questions. She also spend a lot of time talking about the plan they have. I don't mind getting the talk about their programs but I was like: can we take care of my pet first? But the doctor after and all of the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic:) I have a banfield closer to my close but I will go back to this one from now one!
