Banfield Pet Hospital, Orlando FL

I absolutely love everything about this pet hospital. They are caring and seem to love each animal brought in. My german shepherd and my pit mix are never afraid to go to the doggie doctor when I take them there. Keep up the good work to the entire staff!

One of the best Vet experiences that I've had in the past 20 years. From booking an appointment to checking in through the visit and check out everyone at the practice was polite, friendly, informative and efficient. It was clear they cared deeply about my pet!

Absolutely in love with this clinic. The staff is amazing, the front desk staff is so so sweet and they work with us when we need to make changes (teacher life) and they are always so positive and helpful. My 3 babies (1 dog, 2 cats) looooove it here. 1000% RECOMMEND

Completely new and friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. They are very helpful and always try and find the best solution for your furbaby. Front desk staff are the best. They remember you and make you feel very welcomed.

After a horrible experience at the Kissimmee location, I started bringing my dogs here. The staff was just amazing! Wilmarie at the front desk was very nice and Brenda, the manager, was also wonderful. It was raining hard when I was leaving with my dog, so MJ was kind enough to hold my dog until I brought the the car closer. What a difference from my previous experience. I'll definitely keep coming back here.

Been with banifield fir 15 years. They are the best. And always helpful with questions. I send all my friends who have pets to then. Excellent place

Very disappointed. My dog have always come here & I called at 2: 37 pm saying my dog have a little rash If anyone could just look at it because I don’t know what it is and on the Benfield chat you can’t send pictures. I was 1 minute away & they said they won’t look at it. I’ve always recommended this place to everybody but I’m very disappointed.

Service and ease of making appointments exceptional compared to Ocoee location. They showed concern on the wellbeing of my pet and scheduled appointment promptly, where as same can’t be said about Ocoee location- scheduling delays and less concern for pets.

I like it! The problem is that it is difficult for your pet to be treated again by the same veterinarian! They change a lot

Never had a bad experience here, the team is super dedicated and nice to their furry patients. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is sometimes I’ve had to wait an extended period of time to pick up my pets but that is minor. The pet plans are super helpful and I’ve continued using the Sandlake location since moving from the area because I don’t trust any other vet is going to give the quality they give here.

The staff here is horrible and incompetent. Stay away from their monthly plan because you are locked in. The service they provide is bs. For one I don’t trust any doctor office that takes the pet inside and doesn’t allow you to see what they’re doing. I should have stuck with my local vet because at least they examine the dog in front of you.
My dog hasn’t been the same since the first time we’ve taken him there and now all of a sudden he has a bunch of issues when he was healthy. Unfortunately for me. I am stuck on this plan for the next eight months. But believe me, I will be posting this all over my social media as well as letting any other pet owners not to go to Banfield.

We have visited this Bandfield Pet Hospital a few times and they have always been welcoming and receptive. From checking in to the front desk to the nurses walking sQooby to the back. I feel they are always very thorough and give good advice. I was squeezed in on the same day 2 days ago and it made such a difference and helped sQooby and I both. He was taken care of and I was able to continue my day without having to worry if I could make his original appointment. Thank you to all the hardworking staff

The vet took the time to answer all of my questions. Bella felt very comfortable with the staff and followed them with ease. I would greatly recommend this location

The Banfield at Dr. Phillips is amazing! They really care about my little boy. The entire staff is friendly and make my little boy feel comfortable and well taken care of.
