6Hire more people! Please. Why is there only one teller but five windows, and an automated machine that doesn't know what I need help with!?
Great, polite service when I was there. Two tellers, line of 4. I was able to make a wire transfer with good help from Stephanie G. Many post bad reviews after 1 bad experience. Few post after good ones. Remember that.
One teller at the busiest times of the day. Unbelievable. One star is gracious.
Just like all the other reviews (that don’t seem to help). This place only has one teller with a line out the door. This seems to be the norm at many BOA locations. Bad service and bad treatment of your account holders
One of the worst banks ever, no drive thru, only 1 teller have been waiting in line for more then 40 minutes to make a deposit. Avoid this bank if possible!
Agree with all negative users on here! Only 1 teller assisting 10 people in line and 3 other employees in offices doing nothing.
