Needed to cash a check that i received and went to the person bank who i received the check from. They were closed to everyone except Bank of America clients. Therefore i couldn't cash the check there. It was very disappointing as i waited until they opened at 10 just to be told no they couldn't or more importantly weren't going to cash the check

Closed to the general public they aren't even operating their drive thru for those needing to make deposits unless you have your own account. Not ideal will suggest to depositee to use a more accessible facility.

Horrible Bank of America to go especially on Saturday since they close the Ulmerton location. I don’t know why they didn’t close this location when Ulmerton where very caring and awesome on customer services. Ugh!

Stopped by to cash a check drawn on their bank from an insurance company. They charged an $8 fee, I had to stand in line twice, because they had to verify the check. It took me 30 minutes to cash a check!

Very unprofessional bank sitting waiting over 15 min because a banker rather talk to a friend then help the customers who actually needed help will never come to this location again

Worse bank, make you wait 10 min to verify a check that's written on a bank of america acct. Unreal i would never do business with this bank again

Customer service is terrible. The automated system is a joke. If you go into the bank to talk to an associate, with no one else waiting, you sit and wait with all the associates socializing.

Would have given zero stars if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in this area. Do not come here. All I needed was a temp card and they had almost no one there waiting in line and one banker took 3 hours to open an account for one customer. They are super slow and do not care about getting you serviced.

I work in Customer service and have been for 15+ years. I've been Banking with Bank of American for about 10 years. After changing addresses I requested the representative to see if BOFA would give me a pack of checks for free. I've never asked this before. I was told she couldn't and said it would be $12.00. She said I could call customer service after recieving the check and request a credit for the $12.00 but said she couldn't guarantee they will credit. This is not customer service. The company I work for doesn't pass the buck but instead resolves issues on first contact, and for a $12.00 charge on a 10+ year account a company who appreciates a loyal customer would credit the $12.00 or get a manager to do so to show they actually care and to resolve your issue the first time. I don't feel valued and my issue/request wasn't fully resolved.

I hate BOA too but too hard to extradite my finances form them.
Service is highly variable depending on time of day and staff. They change staff like fleas so that is why service is so unpredictable. ALSO, they do NOT want you in the bank, they want you to do everything from the ATM or online. This is another way of frustrating you back to the ATM.

It is really a shame because they were so wonderful as Barnett Bank and even for awhile as BOA when they had a consistent staff who would get to know you. Those days are long GONE!

I've been a loyal BOA customer for over 7 years, and this was my first time visiting this location; was extremely disappointed in the rude and uninterested staff. When I walked in, my wife and I stood for about 10 minutes by the front desk before anyone came over and asked what we were there for. I said we wanted to add my wife onto my account, but that you aren't able to do so online and that the online appointment scheduler did not seem to be working. The woman working looked disgusted and said, "You have to make an appointment for that, I can't help you. " I asked when we could make an appointment, since my wife and I work full-time during the week, which was followed with, "just call customer service and get the forms to fill out and do it yourself. " I was disappointed but said I could do that and asked if she had the forms. She simply said "no, we don't carry those forms here and I don't have time to help you look into it today. "

She was so uncaring about the situation that it made me want to write a review, even though I never review stores. I feel that adding someone onto your account is a fairly easy process, and that there should be a form you can fill out on site or someone you can speak with. Additionally, the staff at the front counter spent most of the time talking with each other, and the bank was not at all busy (literally no one sitting waiting, and only 1 person was with a banker).

Guess that goes to show what 7 years of banking gets you when you actually try to go in person to do something (I go to the bank maybe once a year, if even).

Would not recommend.
