6 Very poorly managed. Scheduled appointment longer than a week in advance in order to make change to account. Bank rep was locked out of computer system while trying to authenticate account. They dont even have free wifi on premises. If you know that you dont try to authenticate customer with phone. Phone needs wi fi especially when bank allows only 1 min to respond.we took day off from work and here we go. Their security supposedly so strong it locks bank account owner from own account, And manager had no way to override it,
Second largest bank in USA cant afford wi fi? Then you should authenticate customers in a different way.
Jodi was amazing. She’s the best banker! And Than the Branch Manager was wonderful! Both very helpful and informative. I was treated like a queen I recommend this bank to anyone.
The manager or the guy are yellow hair that personal need to go really unprofessional. Today he take me off the line to make deposit for someone luck like he open need account. He smile and tell me that are okay only take 1 min.
I’ve been a customer for 17 years, most of my adult life. Former military and signed up for their military account that apparently is no longer active. I went into this branch to get a small personal loan on Monday and was told they no longer give those loans. The small loan in question is for an ATV. Highly disappointed that the manager at the front desk turned me away. When I spoke to BOA Customer Service, they informed me otherwise.
The most disgusting bank. Always big problems. Run out of it as soon as possible.
