Many of us can only bank on Saturday and they don't staff well enough to handle the 20 person deep line.also, the ATM seldom has $50 bills, despite being told by a teller that the walk up ATM "always has $5"0s.it doesn't.

I brought my 90 year old Mom in on a Saturday, as we needed to take a look inside her safety deposit box. My Mom has been a loyal customer since 1965. When we got there, while there were perhaps a dozen people standing in line for a teller, there were only two people in front of us waiting for the other bank representative (an Annette Lago). The rep took the first woman to the vault for her safety deposit box. I turned to talk to my Mom for 10-20 seconds, and next thing we knew, one of the women who was previously in the teller line was getting helped in our line, with the rep not having any regard to the sweet African American woman in front of us (who appeared uncomfortable with being cut in front of), or ourselves. I said: “Am I missing something here? We’ve been in line here, and I’m with my 90 yr old Mom. ” The rep told us: “Well, she was her about a 1/2 hr ago, so she was here before you. You can go sit down if you’d like, and I’ll find you. ” Who on Earth cares whether someone was there 1/2 hr before? The woman had gotten into a new teller line, which she had been in for awhile. Which means you don’t get to cut in the previous line. I don’t blame her. This is a matter of terrible customer service, and a rep who has no clue. If she did have a clue, she would have told the other woman to please get in line, as she’s now helping two others. She not only needs common sense, but an improvement in her attitude as well.

BoA’s only saving grace is that the one who ended up taking care of us, Esmeralda Lopez, was really wonderful in every regard.

Had been here to open my wife's account and Kelsie Anderson was super helpful in getting the new account. She was very sweet with us and also guided us for a new credit card. Thanks Kelsie

I can't believe how many poeple have been waiting in line, with just one teller. Ridiculous how many poeple need jobs bit how many places are short of staff.

Closed my personal accounts here due to lines.

As finance director at my current company, also urging ceo to consider banking elsewhere. Constant closures force me to go to this location and wait in extremely long lines for deposits. Teller recommends a deposit card, not realizing my checks have to be deposited in person due to their nature and BoA own policy. Smh.

Long lines. One teller working and two just standing around chit chatting as we are all here trying to make it back for lunch break. Very rude. Why do they refuse to open another window with such long lines?

You could not find a worse branch to visit. The customer service is terrible. Management is incompetent. Run, don't walk away from this place. Find a local loan shark and do business with them instead. You will be treated better than you will by these crooks.

I wish they have minus stars. I would give them minus 10. Bad customer service. Long lines. And nobody cares. And only one teller is open at all times. I closed my account and moved to a different bank which has 100% satisfaction customer service.

Was wondering if you could hire a trained monkey or a 5 year old to answer the phones. Apparently it's a little too complex for the Associates at this location. Called 2 minutes after opening and have called several times since and the recording keeps saying every single associate in the entire building is to busy to answer the phone.

The worst customer service ever. Not only this bank. All banks of America are bad. You go in for simple deposit it takes them 40 min. All of the employees are rude with ugly attitude

Never depend on the atm working at this location.

Also hours of operation are not current. Forcing more people to visit in less hours/days makes no sense. More time/days open so people can spread out visits makes more sense.

Seems like never enough staffing.

I called the toll free number printed on a paper I received from BOA and waited 1 hour 15 minutes, speaking with three different people. The fourth time I was transferred, I was on hold again but eventually I was disconnected. Now, I'm trying to call the local bank and "all representatives are busy" Their service was horrible 5 years ago but has gotten worse. I'm going to shop around and take our business to another bank.

My family has banked here for over 40years. Very clean.but most importantly, there is a represtative who goes the extra 1000 miles to make everything easy. My mother is elderly. This representative helps her, doesn't rush her and make my mother feel extra comfortable. She takes the time to explain everything and keeps a smile on her face. Her name is Christy Wachara. Thank you Christy for being so patient with all of our banking demands & thank you for being so wonderful with my mother!

I agree that they should have more tellers during busy times! If B of A would take better care of its customers, they would not have to worry about their bottom line. They should not push customers into something they do NOT want. That is the way to lose customers. MY personal account is at TD Bank, and they are great.
