It takes that one act of kindness! I was told from fraud dept to go to the nearest branch and confirm 2 forms of ID. Being active duty it’s hard to just walk away. Reached the branch just in time before closing (you guys are short staffed) the manager (Josh) was super helpful! Even though the systems were slow and he had a line of people waiting for issue. He efficiently took care of them, multi tasked and eventually got to me and provided exceptional customer service! Needless to say that he’s an asset! You finally got it right to have him take over this branch. It was indeed a busy (pay day!) right before Christmas, but he kept it together… please extend my gratitude to him.

Great people but a little short staffed and you can not get brochure information. You actually have to schedule an appointment if you want any type of information.

Marcus went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service.
UPDATE: after having an account with BOA since 2009 and having good credit, BOA wouldn’t refinance my car. Also, I was working with Kevin Koscinski on a possible refinance on a home. The service was lackluster to put it nicely. My husband and I will be moving our money to a different banking institution.

This morning my employee tried to cash a check from my, Bank of America Business account, but was told by the Assistant manager that, his Identification credentials were not valid. There was nothing wrong with his I. D.he went to another BOA location and cashed the check with no problem. He felt as though he was racially profiled, as that location is predominantly a caucasian community. I have heard of similar issues from this same location. Mark Bennett the, President for, Jacksonville BOA mission is for, equality, diversity. This has to stop. Bank of America is under one umbrella, the process for one should be for All. I'm disgusted.

I have been to many branches with Bank of America, and by far this is the best out of the Company!

I am extremely pleased with my visit at this bank. My husband and I had an issue with some fees on our account. We were kindly greeted by Markus whom was very professional and did everything in his power to help us. He went above and beyond with his customer service skills, gave great advice and helpful tips. It’s people like him that makes us stick with BoA. Thanks again Markus!

I don’t bank at BOA, but I had to deposit money in my Dad’s account due to a urgent emergency. Due to their policy they wouldn’t do that, but due to the dire circumstances, they waved it for me and informed me of the process “Zelle” for future transactions.

The ladies there were very kind and helpful, even tho there were several disrespectful people in line complaining about certain issues. If you have problems, take it up the chain. Don’t be mean or rude to the people simply working there.

My experience is my own, and this BOA branch knows how to treat guests with kindness and understanding. Thank you to the ladies working the desk that day, they know how they are. Hope y’all have a wonderful new year!

I went into this bank with a simple request to cancel my husband’s debit card. He is very ill and has gone into a memory facility. I had a notarized Power of Attorney. The manager, Tina, was NO help at all. Seemed to think this was some kind of big deal and had to consult her manager. She said she’d call me back when the request was approved. I haven’t heard from her and it’s been almost a week. This is outrageous service for a longtime customer. “Tina” has no business running this branch. Surely Bank of America can find a more competent, customer oriented manager.

Manger wouldn't cash a lawyer's lawsuit check. It was a bank of America check at that. The manager off the back said it was faud without even running the check 1st. Had to contact her manager and go to a different bank of America.

Needed several documents notarized. Branch was busy and had to wait a few minutes, but Markus was really helpful and took care of everything.
