They making money to waste your time. Not much choice at Pensacola but never waste your time here.

Horrible customer service and the bank manager or supervisor was very rude and condescending. This was on o2/26/2022
I went back the next day and was waited on by Rhonda Scott and she gave the best customer service and explained everything that we needed to know. The bank manager needs to trained by Her.

This bank's wait times are horrible. I'm forced to go there once a month. It usually takes 20+ minutes to drop a check off. It's worse then the DMV. I'd hate if I was forced to rely on them for something.

Spoke to Bank of America customer service, was told to come to this location. Called this location several times over the course of several days, never answered their phones. Got here, the wait was over an hour and the teller was rude and unhelpful. I've been a customer with Bank of America for 17 years, the customer service keeps getting worse and worse.

Words can't express the amazing service I received from this branch. I was traveling had an issue and just stopped in the bank and the staff went over and beyond to help me truly Guardian Angels. I will for ever be grateful to have meet such amazing people.

This has been by far, the best branch I've been to in Pensacola. I was having a very stressful day. And the tellers and manager quickly, and with a smile helped me through everything! Thank you!

Not busy, plenty of parking spaces and wheelchair accessible ATM (for anyone who is not using the drive thru) and entrance. As of 23 May, 2020 the interior is still not open to the public.

Bank of America needs to be closed as a company. Not enough staff at any location, hours of operation are extremely short. This is the most poorly run banking company I’ve ever seen.

I had a great experience here! I had gone to the branch in Pace, only to find it closed. This branch in Pensacola was the next closest. I wasn’t happy to make a 30 min drive, but whatever. Banking had to be done. The staff was super friendly, helpful and did not rush me at all. Yes, I hd to go inside, BUT they have a bathroom, so get two things done at once while you’re out running errands.

On their website it said that checks for non account holders under 50 dollars was free to cash. I had 2 for 40 dollars from their account holder and the lady was trying to rip me off and charge 8 dollars for each one to cash which would of been 16 dollars total. I would of only ended up with 64.00 out of 80.00. My wife called back over there to verify there wasn't a fee and lady who answered said it wasn't. She was trying to rip me off and charge unnecessary fee when it was suppose to be free. Rip off

Waited 40 minutes inside trying to deposit foreign currency. Then by the time I got to a teller she asked me to get back in line because she didn't know how to do it. Are you kidding me. I've been with Bank of America for almost 20 years. Every time I come inside they make me hate them more and more. I'll definitely be switching to another bank soon.
