Excellent service by Puerto Rican guy. Got my statement account immediately. Not problem with the parking.
Very rude, the manager Carlos wasn’t willing to assist with other options for my roommates account. We went to another location who was great and fixed the problem with ease. Carlos was being rude and had to practice putting a smile on his face before even coming up to us. I felt like he closed her card after we left because it’s wasn’t closed prior to. She was racially profiled.
DO NOT DEAL THIS BANK BRANCH. Why does this bank have one teller working, there is 6 people in line, and the bankers are on computers, those that are with clients and not seeing if there’s anything that clients in line needs. This bank is always slow. What is being done to get service working more fluently here? Not to exaggerate at all, but it is always like this when I come to this location. I worked in Banking at COMMUNITY BANK and every effort was made to ensure enough tellers were available to take clients. It’s been like this a long time here, and it seem nothing is being done. I like to be in one place and not be all over, this is the only reason I stick with Bank of America This is Bad.

They don’t care what trouble you in. Try to blame on the client who has no experience about banking. Don’t come here
Every time I have to race to this bank During my work day because of their new shortened hours like everybody else the line is 20 people deep. Maybe if you went back To normal hours you could actually provide decent customer service. This happens to me every single week no matter what time I try and get here and yet you can't pay people to stay till 6 like the old days? You don't have enough money? I find that very hard to believe considering the line is out the door right now.
Terrible customer Service, lack of training from the beginning to end, not ready for customers no smiles on anyone long wait on the bankers side no manager on site. 35 banking with BOA I will possibly take my business to other bank that CARES!
Bank of America customer service is nearly non-existent. The online app says location cannot make appointments.if you look up the location on maps, the page says they can make appointments. I disputed a duplicate transaction over the phone and they say the research could take 45 days.in the mean time, my grocery money is unavailable. I also applied and was approved for an auto refinance online, complete with a hard pull and hit on my credit score. NOBODY even followed up to complete the process. Steer clear of this bank!
Worst customer service by a bilingual lady in the back corner office near the door. Instead of helping a very valuable customer with multiple accounts there she was VERY RUDE & Short! As the gentleman beside of me is trying to pull up his new business info to open the account she just keeps stating we can’t open this account for you now! He just kept saying ok I’m trying to work with you here & she continued to be rude after he pointed out to her how resistant she was to helping someone including the poor old man before us just asking how to do something. Customer service sucked to say the least and I used to work at a bank. You get no where when you ruin relationships with your customers by being rude.
I have a couple of BoA credit cards. So I stopped by to make a payment, there was a man with a bag at the business window. I waited in line behind a little old lady. Two tellers are working. So the teller (Christopher) finished a customer and before the lady in front of me could go to his window, the man from the business window jumped line to Christopher. So the lady finally get helped. The man that jumped the line finished. I approach Christopher and ask about the man that jumped line. Oh, I was helping him, no! There was a line, he didn't wait in it. Christopher LIED and said "I was helping the man". So much for waiting your turn, go go to the window. I am done with Bank of America poor customer service. I usually have to wait 10-15 minutes. No more.
Guess I should have read the reviews on this location, I've been a Bank of America customer for 20 years with both my personal and business accounts, made an appointment to speak with a small business associate, I was 15 minutes early and 30 minutes after my appointment time was still waiting in the lobby, very unprofessional thanks for wasting my day
