Slowest of the slow, I wouldn’t even bother going in for any kind of assistance, 30 minutes, just to speak to the teller

Bank of America is by far the worst bank in USA, lines are really long and nobody cares, just a few cashiers in all brunches, not only this one, it’s been like this in all of them, just to deposit cash is a nightmare

This bank made a deliberate decision to disburse money to unauthorized people. This amount was over $20,000 and those involved and the representative working with the thief’s allowed money to be taken from an account without having any access to it.

There was an investigation for over three months and during any of that time no such information of a transaction being made was given to us as the owners of the accounts. We had to find out ourselves that such a transaction was made without any possible form of authorization under the deliberate lives of thieves and under qualification of the representative employed. The bank had no answer as to how this had happened and why the money had been given away.

For three days the managers and supervisors had made it clear they were unsure as to how this money was taken and now it could be done without authorization.

Three months later the information as to who was the representative who allowed the money to be taken has still not been provided. For over three months I was not allowed contact with any investigator nor representative that was involved.

This of course explains the poor reviews in place for such a major bank chain.

These fraudulent decisions will not be left alone as money had been stolen and lies had been told in place to cover.

Clearly this bank will not hesitate to give away your money without ANY form of notification that someone is attempted and has succeeded in stealing money.

Sad to say very poor, slow and inefficient service, it’s the only bank location opened in the area and it’s understaffed… 30-40 min line for the cashier to deposit a check that could have been deposited by any employee at the entrance over the tablet like before and doesn’t take more than 10 min

The worst ever customer service. Elizabeth, who was in the front, is the rudest attendant one could have. She was unable to give priority to elderly and pregnant people. AVOID THIS BRANCH AND BANK OF AMERICA!

Awful experience as usual with this bank. I think they should close their branches. They have only two cashiers working (and they take their time of course), huge line of people waiting. The lady from the front, her name is Elizabeth, was so unprofessional and rude to us. Totally incompetent. I need to close all my accounts in this bank because of this but the attention is the worse so I can’t do it. It crazy

I went there on Saturday to open a business account and the manager, Elisabeth, asked if I had personal account in Bofa and I said yes. Then, she asked about my address and I gave her a mail. Then, she asked if I was living in The US and I said yes.
So, she asked for my immigration status and I had to open my email in my phone to show her my petition in the USCIS. She said that it was not enough and then I showed her my immigration firm email saying that the petition was done, but she said that it was not enough again.
I went to the USCIS site and showed her all the forms and the status, but she didn’t accept.
So, as I couldn’t open a business account there, I left the bank disappointed and very upset.
She wasn’t polite and she asked more than she can…

No star review. I've been banking with them for over 20 years and hardly ever go in. But when i need to the line is long with only 2/3 tellers in the window. They have 6 teller windows closed for whatever reason. If they see that the lines are long who don't they open up the other teller windows? Doesn't make any sense.just a big inconvenience for all customers. I will never go in there again.

I appreciated you responding to my comments. But it seems that all the responses are the same that we should use the banking mobile app. Sometimes we are not able to for certain things.saying that i still think you need to have more tellers at this location. I was in line a few weeks back with only two tellers and both customers in front of me were dong money orders which held the line up more then 20 minutes. At that point I just left. The tellers should had someone else take care of this and not inconvenience all the other people waiting inline. I'm sure you all are doing your best to accompany everyone but there needs to be better organization in your banking center.

This branch of Bank of America deserves a 0 stars review. I went this morning to cash a check, and as ALWAYS the bank was packed of people in the line waiting to get attended by just 3 open windows. When approached the Manager asking for his intervention, he simply said that 'this is the best we can do, we permanently closed 5 in-person service windows and will continue to close even more in the neat future because we want to force the people to go online'. This is simply unacceptable. More than 15 persons waiting, including old people and mom's with kids, for an hour or more. This bank is a clearly example of how Bank of America is choosing to have terrible Managers in charge of its branch's, and treat its customers as garbage. The Manager is totally incompetent and unprepared to handle the customers in need. Once again, this bank deserves 0 stars, zero. Make you a favor: close your account, and forget about the Bank of America located in Aventura Mall.
