Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) reviews
9Hey google friends, I’ve come to this location since opening my account and wouldn’t trade this location the staff is super friendly super helpful and does a good job at condescending the line down. I don’t minded waiting in line because I know my needs will be taken care of. Edwin does a very good job at remembering his clients and what there common needs are. Super friendly super helpful with any questions I have. I love going in there and getting recognized show’s how much they truly care for their customers.
Slow! They have multiple people working but only one teller and he takes 15-20 mins per person. If you are on break don't come here!
Its been 2 years with no drive thru.
Every time I go there is one teller and a line if 8 or 9 customers
Inside staff is very friendly and helpful, just need to avoid the busy times as the line can go nearly out the door. Probably could use an extra teller during lunchtime and rush hour. Outside however, there's no drive up teller option, just two ATMs and one of them is always broken. It's a touchscreen ATM and the touchscreen is always broken, I'm talking several months, still not fixed. It seems like regulars know to avoid that one, as there's always a line at the one functioning ATM at the entire bank.
We are long time customers of BofA. We had a 9am telephone appointment with this location, no one ever called us and we were unable to get through to anyone. Very disappointed in the service. We have decided to go else where for our loan.
Update: she me one called 1.5 hours after the appointment and stated it was a window. Although it did not say that in the appointment information. Long story short, we are still going elsewhere for our loan. We need to know we can get ahold of someone if needed.
Not a fan of how I was treated day before yesterday at this branch.
I am not a BOA customer but had a check drawn on their bank and wanted to cash it quick.
Firstly, I was carrying a vinyl shopping bag, the kind you can buy for your groceries at Walmart or Publix for a dollar, but secondly, I was approached while waiting in line by some very friendly employee who kept not discreetly, trying to see what was in my bag. My bag had clothing, a Diet Coke, cellphone charger and an empty Yeti.
So I get to the teller and he also looks at my bag.
It was just really rude and it was so obvious what they were up to.
I had showered and shaved, fresh clothes, just like anyone else.
So after having to pay $8.00 to cash this check and end this humiliating experience, I realized that much of what I hear about this bank is true. No thanks.
Not much of a sense of urgency among employees here. Routinely waiting 10-15 minutes each time I'm forced to visit.
Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. The 102nd and 66th locations is great. The team there is great too. My family has banked there since 2003 and have never had a negative experience. Isabel, Aubrey, and Daniel are courteous, professional, and go out of their way to accommodate clients.
