7TOO MUCH waiting time and only one cashier. Manager Maria did nothing to expedite the line when she very well was witnessing the slowness of the service today Monday 03/27 between 2: 00 PM and 3: 30 PM. SO SAD, close this location PLEASE!
The worst Bank of America branch in Miami, The lack of good management is too evident. They are slow, rude and careless about customer's time. Only one cashier available for 20 people. Don't open any account in this branch, you will regret it.
Long lines, virtually little to no support. Outdated everything. Maria Tames said a banker would contact me, he missed the appointment, he finally called to say how little he can help and never sent his contact info as he said he would. Followed up with Maria and she has not responded. Bank somewhere else, these guys are a complete mess
They are very busy, but they work very hard and indeed provide the service I expect from Bank of America. Marco was an absolute life saver today!
I have never had a similar experience and I hope I will never have either. For a simple transfer you have to wait around 1,5 hours! The employees are sweet, yet the system is so slow that it makes you to feel drained. It is an awful experience.
I have never seen a guard doing bank staff duties in any bank around US. Great staff but the branch manager. Disappointing experience
