Bank of America (with Drive-thru services), North Fort Myers FL

I rarely use the bank as most stuff I do gets direct deposited. If I have to show up, I dread it. Wether in line inside or in the drive through it’s at minimum 20 min before I can even get started.if you’re in the drive through it’s almost always longer. I never see more than 2 working behind the counter and they are doing the best they can to do the lobby and drive through. It’s not enough staff and it’s too long a wait. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is the staff are doing their best and this bank hasn’t gone bankrupt yet. Yet!

Without a doubt the most worthless banking institution I have ever dealt with.
We recalled our board of directors and it took over a month to get the signature cards updated. In the meantime a former director continued to access the account and BOA has done nothing to assist us.
The business banker continually agrees to perform specific tasks and never completes them. We have appointments, arrive on time and get told they didn't have time to do the things they said they were going to do.
The accounts will be closed momentarily and we'll be taking our 800k somewhere else

You've been warned.

My visit today ended in frustration, as I did not get the service I needed for reasons that did not make sense to me and were almost surely just wrong.

The wait at this bank is never less than 30 minutes. Every time I walk in there's at least 20 people waiting in line and there's only 1 teller. Can't even make an appointment over the phone because they never answer. Massive waste of time. Not only that but the one teller apparently doesn't know how to listen. The incompetence of the workers here is astounding. Been sitting in the drive thru for an hour now on a separate occasion, because they have just been skipping one line for no reason. The only advice I can give to other customers is don't bother going here. Advice to management, find a new line of work.

Worst Bank ever. Went in drive thru 15 minutes earlier than opening time to get out faster. Came 10am nobody still at drive thru waited additional 15 minutes and Bank was still not open! If I could of given no stars I would of. I will be pulling out my account soon with this bank. Just not this location all of their BOA locations have terrible service. The one on Viscaya finally shut down the other one by Walmart on Delprado is equally as bad with long wait lines, 1 teller and terrible service! Do yourself a favor and go to another bank. This bank just doesn't care about customer service! SHAME ON THEM!

One drive through lane open, very slow for not o say lame tellers, gave a check and deposit slip and left without receipt after waiting 5 minutes. -had to wait over 10 minutes before they even opened the drawer to put your stuff in. I wish BOA would go out of business as the spook off existing customers. They have the best Internet banking but THE WORST customer service.

This is the worst bank ive ever been 2. Avoid it at all costs unlesd you like to wait 45 to 1 hr for a simple transaction.i have a acoount at wells fargo 2 miles away and it is amazing compared to the massive waste of time. Beware do not bank here!

It's not a branch, a branch has tellers, this just has ATMs. Basically, no walk in, appointment only

20 minutes waiting at driv up teller.line never moved. I went inside.been in here for over 5 minutes.still not moving.

Only taking 1 person. Ridiculous!

I think after 12 to 15 years its time to close my account.

Literally 20 people in line with 2 tellers. One of which is also helping drive through. Rediculous. This happens at this location all the time. I'm leaving boa after christmas. Sick and tired of them.
