7This is by far the worst branch I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. After waiting in a long, slow moving line I was ultimately told I was not in the right line and needed to wait at an unmanned desk. Although I didn’t have to wait long there, I was ultimately given the customer service phone number. Absolute nonsense. If you need anything other than a simple deposit completed I don’t recommend going to this branch.
I had a deposit issue on my account and Jonathan helped me and got it resolved the same day! Thank you again!

My complaint is with Jonathan Rodriguez VP Financial Center Manager.
Maritza the main teller has always been very helpful in all of my banking needs.
I can only assume that Rodriguez is new and maybe needs training. I have banked with BOA for 38 years, and have never been treated so disrespectfully. His lack of professionalism shows when a bank manager discusses an issue out loud, in front of other customers to hear, from behind the counter.
Jonathan took care my notary appointment very well. He was so kind and quick to notarize my documents. Also took care another issue that I thought I need to contact customer support.
If you get married, just open up an account with a different bank. A simple last name change has been impossible for my wife. They have given us wrong information this whole process. Updating her passport was a 1000 times easier. Zero stars was not an option, so here we are…
