Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Naples FL

It is a comfortable Bofa branch as far as it can be, only 2 of its agents are bilingual, the rest only English, I had a banker at this bank, I really liked her name, Sandra, before I could normally make appointments with her to do my banking procedures, now it no longer has an office and from what I saw, it cannot serve clients as it normally did, I do not feel well cared for by the rest of the staff, I do not consider that this branch is improving, and I decided to go to another branch to organize my procedures! As far as possible the rest of the staff can manage you, but they are slow, and if you don't speak English it is not a good office to go to.

The people at the branch are nice but none of them including customer service know their own products. I opened up an account specifically to transfer money every month. They said no problem and that I could do free via ACH. I told them the amount and again they said no problem. I've tried for two weeks to do this without incurring the $30/wire fee (i have to do this every month so don't want to pay it) as I was assured I could do it. I even went back to the branch and told them I was having a problem and they said call customer service. I've been on with CS multiple times and they're all scratching their heads wondering why it won't work. Had to repeat my self 6 times to different people. Finally, a guy in NY tells me there is a max amount you can do via ACH (10K). I've wasted countless hours. Opened an account I can't use. The person I'm transferring to also opened an account and it has been a complete was of time.
Atrocious!

I really like it, it's one of my favorite banks in the USA, I just don't give it 5 stars because I've been with them for months now and they haven't just sent me to apply for their credit cards and this branch seems very good to me, very good service the times I I've gone

Super friendly they couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful. In and out in 5 mins.
