Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) reviews
7The Best Most and Most Professional Banking Institution in Ocala! My review is regarding all of the team members at this branch. Trust me, it is worth traveling a little bit to get the most dedicated Financial Professional to help or guide you. My huge compliment and personal recommendation is to see Maria Harrison. Maria is a Senior Banker, Financial Officer. Not only is Maria extremely patient, proficient and diligent. Maria is kind and takes as much time with you until your issue is resolved. I can honestly say that the World needs more people that are as kind, caring, patient and as Intelligent as Maria. I have a Great Experience every time I go to Maria with a concern! - Alycia (Ali) Berman
Ladies and gents THE BANK where the employees get mad when you are there to open an account.
On the day I was moving into my house in Ocala, the mover required a bank check before unloading. I drove to this branch assuming they would be open by 9 am. I was wrong. I had to wait an hour for them to open at 10 am. 10 AM! Their hours are 10-4 Mon thru Fri. 30 hours a week! No weekends. Really? This gives a whole new definition of bankers hours. This branch receives consistent one star ratings going back many years. The reply from management is always the same but apparently nothing ever changes. Pathetic.
Worst bank I have ever been to. I dread going there on Fridays. Plan to wait in line for 30min every time. Prepare for one teller to serve everyone. And, what bank opens at 10 Am. Do they understand people have to go to work. Best bet, CHANGE BANKS. All BANK OF AMERICA'S are the same.
Went in on a Friday afternoon to get cash and only one teller worked the counter.
Finally made it to the counter and the bank had a limit on how much you could withdraw!
It's the depositors money or so you would think. Pathetic!
I absolutely would not recommend this bank!
I have been with Bank of America since 1981,41 years! I have NEVER had such bad service as at this Branch since moving to Florida 8 years ago. It gets worse and worse! Customer service is Horrible, at times only 1Teller handling inside and drive through! Employees inside just walks around like they don’t care! I’ve discussed my concerns with So Called Management but no concern! I sadly decided to move majority of my Money, Savings and Checking to another Bank, Chase. I get wonderful service there, they care about their customers and open regular hours where B of America is ONLY 10-4. I still have a small account there but dread each time going! I know this Review will go No Where but I’m only hoping it does! It’s REALLY SAD!
I've been doing business at this branch for 19 years now and have seen it steadily decline over the years. Yesterday, Friday November 7,2022 at 2: 50pm the breaking point happened where writing a negative review was warranted.
I arrived at the drive-thru only to find it completely closed. One can't make a mortgage payment via the ATM and therefore one has no other option but to go inside. With approximately 20+ cars in the parking lot, no way was that going to happen so sometime next week I'll try again. In the meantime, I've decided it's time to find another bank. If BOA can pay me pennies on my savings but charge me dollars on a loan, then surely they're big enough to pay a proper wage, hire enough good people to take care of their patrons and give the service they claim to be proud of.
