Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Orlando FL

I've been coming to this bank for the past 6 years or so. Never had an issue, on the contrary, everyone at that bank has always been nice and helpful. I use this bank for business purposes and based on the quality of service I ended opening personal accounts for my kids.
Today however, was a very weird day. Mr. Joe at the teller seemed to be having more than a bad day. During my time as a consumer I haven't met anyone with such a nasty attitude like he showed today.
I understand that one bad experience should not erase all the other good/great ones we have had before. However, today, I'm not looking forward to do any business with this bank based on how Joe showed a level of disrespect that I haven't seen in a long time as a consumer.
Anna, Armando, Indra, Hector and many others have been awesome and great during many years, it is sad that they would allow someone like Joe in their team.

The waiting time is absurd, I have 1 hour and they tell me that they could serve me in 30 more minutes. It is really maddening to see how there are cashiers, executives who are at the computer and 6 people in the waiting room waiting for someone to serve us.

Wife and I visit this location frequently. Everyone to our experiences has been very friendly and helpful at this location. If you need anything done, Terry is the man!

Excellent and exceptional service from Mr. Rafael E. Fernandez, i'll go back only to him, he was nice, professional and just great. As a citizen of Ukraine this was the first time in any bank in the US and He explained everything very clearly was very helpful and patient with all of my questions, i opened checking account with no problems and he helped me to put money on it and explained how to use my app to send and receive money etc!
Great guy! Give him a raise!
