Went to the bank and there was no tellers had to wait 20 minutes to get anything done.never seen that before

Went to the bank to make a deposit. Stood on line for a teller. 5 minutes later I asked the personal banker, she responds no. You must sit and wait. First, she saw me and never said anything, while I waited 5 mins. Second, why wouldn't they have a teller. 3 people in the waiting area while the 2 personal bankers where trying to upsell. Why is this branch even open if they can not have enough employees!

My son went to the branch to take money out and he felt like he was treated like he was taking money out of another person's account. This young man did not deserve to be profiled the way he was.

Worse customer service ever! I went to get information about a letter that I received and they didn't even ask what I wanted and made me wait 1 hour to tell me that I need my green card so I had to leave without any information.

Should be ZERO stars. BOA has to be worse bank in the world.i efiled and direct deposit my tax return.becaues it was the fastest way to get the money in account.unfortunately BOA has more than one routing number.i did not knw that at the time i filed.well BOA rejected my refund becaues i used routing number the wire transfers and not the direct deposit routing number.ok simple human mistake.u would think since my account was good and active that BOA would just see i made a mistake and still put money in account. NO! And even i after begged and cryed the they how badly i NEEDED this money. BOA refusing to help me in any way.so now my refund is up in limbo somewhere and the irs says that i would have to wait 8 weeks for them to mail me a paper check.i will let everyone i can know how heartless this bank is.thanks alot BOA i am homeless now because my bills cant wait 8weeks.u guys suck

After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, one of the tellers told me she wouldn't check a request for me, at the end of my banking transaction, because there were too many people in line. I avoid this location unless I'm desperate enough.

Terrible experience I have cashed my check here several times and the only black girl there always gives me problems with my check! Like even then manager takes no longer then 3 minutes if that. Do you know how stupid you look always checking my checks the way you do! Please bring back Martha and keep the black chick in the back! Just ridiculous now every time I see her I have to let someone else go in front because I don’t trust this chick with my info

Customer service was seriously horrible. Worse experience I ever had in a bank. I did a routine deposit (done every month) and the lady behind the counter (her name was Mickey) had a nasty attitude. She was talking to someone else while "servicing" me. Completely disregarding me being there at the window. This is so close to my home so it's disappointing that I have to drive elsewhere to avoid being upset.

Going to this location will ruin your whole day. LITERALLY! Seriously considering being my own bank because I can do a better job than these people! Ughh! ‍️‍️

I discovered, thousands of dollars went missing from my account due to one of their agents incorrectly submitting a wire transfer twice. Even when they were aware of the error, not one time was I contacted. It's been over a month and they still have not gotten my money back in my account. I've spent numerous hours on the phone with the wire department and the branch manager and I feel like I've been getting the run around. They've made promises that they can't back up. When I asked the branch manager for written documentation, she refuses. I've contacted the CEO and I'm strongly considering a lawsuit.
