EXTREMELY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! Very disappointed. Alexei.bank associate was more interested in his phone than the costumer he has in front.sesting waiting until he finished 10 minutes after.rude none profesional.i was there to open a personal and business account.but i realized that West Fargo was across the street and where i received very nice service.so please avoid this Bank!

OMG This is the slowest bank in Sunny Isles beach, avoid this branch if you don't want to be waiting and waiting and waiting.

WARNING! This bank’s associated the manager and sales person Andrea are UNQUALIFIED and CLUELESS employees. I was changing my last name from maiden to married. Main corporate department told me to stop by the branch closest to home and do a quick paperwork for it. So I did. Apparently, they don’t follow main federal Bank of America requirements for a name change. Driver license with a new name is not sufficient for them! The requested marriage certificate, social and PASSPORT! I had marriage certificate with me so showed it. It still wasn’t enough for them to change it. They were looking at computer and searching for how to do it. Branch was closing in 5 minutes, so they sent me away with basically: oh, you know we can’t do it here, you should call 1800 number and ask them to make you fax some paperwork. I’m really suspicious about activity of these two individuals. I called back the main line and they said it is nonsense! You are required to show either one of identification only and they should be able to change the name at any branch. They said to go back to the branch, give them a call and put a manager on the phone. Apparently, they don’t have a department which contacts branches directly upon complaint.

Anyways, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BRANCH. RUDE AND UNQUALIFIED PEOPLE ESPECIALLY MANAGER AND ANDREA! CONSIDERING CLOSING AN ACCOUNT DUE TO THOSE TWO.

I don’t understand how with such bad reviews that this bank has the people who are working in it Ate still there to provide such terrible costumer care. They should go and take an ethics course on costumer service and how they should do their job. I went to go deposit an electronic check to this bank and the manager and the other person who were in the counter, told me they could not deposit my check because they did not know how to do and did not have the service to provide it. They told me I had to do it by the Bank of America app, but I do not have an apple phone or an android, I have a flip phone snap I can not do it. I do not know how all the other banks can deposit this check for me but this one is the only one that does not have the supplies to perform this joe or the personnel is not qualified to do this job. I know Bank of America is not going to do anything about this because it is not the first time it has happened and the same people continue to work there. So I have decided to take matters into my own hands and close my account. I hope they they get the qualification they need and improve their services an they are the only Bank of America in Miami that can not provide this service. Thank you for the terrible service you have provided.

I have been banking with Bank of America for many years
And this is true worst location i came in for wire transfer
Had to wait for hours due to them taking people they knew first! Very unprofessional! The manager is very rude would consider closing my account!

The customer service is AWFUL, the spanish lady I think from cuba is not a people person, she is ALWAYS in bad mood, no matter what the answer is no. She always see a problem with the customer but when you go to any other BofA they fix everything and say yes to everything with a big smile. The only one who was always happy and helpfull was LUZ the manager but she was moved to another location. PLEASE teach them more about customer service or hire new and fresh people.

Convenient, parking sometimes an issue.
Occasionally not enough tellers available resulting in long waits.

How BoA, and this branch in particular, still in business is nothing but a miracle!
Awful service, awful communications!
AFTER 5 VISITS we still cannot complete a simple signers update! Walk-in takes hours and hours of wait, appointments being cancelled without notice or reschedule!

Honestly I don’t like this BoA. Always a lot of people and one person who helps. I even made a comment once if they need some help.it’s insane. I try to avoid this bank even tho I live in Sunny Isles.

This branch is a joke, not only is the customer service the worst, their ATM machines are always broken and the drive thru one is older than my great grandmother!

Horrible! We opened up our BUSINESS account with these people and then they can't help us? ! The manager was rude as can be and just walked away from us! We waited half an hour just for them to tell us that they couldn't help us. Tomorrow we will be CLOSING the account and going to Wells Fargo. Work on your customer service, you should be welcoming us, you work for us.

Worst brunch of the worst bank. Line of 10 people with only one teller working and a rude manager. 3 people complained and one person changed the bank while me being waiting in the line.

I don't know who provided so bed service to make other clients complain, but my visit was AMAZING! I was met by Arthur and he treat me and my wife like a GOLD! He explained me so many things that I didn't know and helped me to open 3 accounts at once! Moreover, he speaking my native language, so my visit was flawless. Thank you for terrific service!
