4 Terrible customer service.
Non of my account issues was fixed.
They make you wait for hours and leave whithout a solution.
Horrible experience today. I was siting waiting to be help by an employee went Mr: Tim Phenecie approach me asking. Do yo need somebody in Spanish?
I look at him and ask do you see me asking fore spanish person to help me? Why you assume I dont speak english?
I fell so Discriminate from a ignorant person who judge by my look or my accent. Bank of America need to well train the personal to know how is the right way to speak to the customers He apology to my self. But Mr PHENECIE apologize NOT accepted!
Only 2 managers are working, all other cabinets are empty and all people are waiting
