Frustrating. The only way to talk to them is by phone, and they took almost an hour to answer me.

Yes Covid, but this is ridiculous. The line is all the way around the building. A worker came out to offer everyone water. Drive-thru is NOT open. One ATM is broken.

This branch needs a new manager to find out why the tellers are so slow never have I been in a line so long at closing time with two people at the window and a lobby full what a waste of time

Nothing personal, but this bank has very poor customer service not the tellers or personnel but the management aspect in regards to the lack of organization in tending to the costumers and putting more tellers during peak hours where the demand is greater. Who ever is in charge of this branch either does not care or is simply not willing to do anything about it.: - (

This is the worst bank. I'm currently waiting in the longest line I've ever seen in a bank, yet there are only 3 tellers. This is a constant issue I encounter in not only this branch, but all the BOAs I've gone too. Deffinitely need to stop being cheap and hire more personnel.

The wait lines are horrendous. Lobby filled with employees but only 2 tellers open. They removed the commercial lane so now the wait line has doubled. They have an ATM inside that nobody uses. Removed drive thru tellers was very inconvenient!

The Bank in general brite for the worse customer service, but I think this branch is in 1st place in customer disrespect. 1 teller to handle all customer today.expected waiting time now is about 1 hour. They should spend money in customer service instead of spending the money in false advertising

No one ever picks up the phone hours are incorrect they don't close at 6 they close earlier? I'm not a bank of america customer neither do i wish to be since they lack any serious inquiries one might have. GG friends.

I wish I can give 0, only 1 person serving the atms broken -_-, took me 30 mins to get 40 bucks

Under staff be prepared to be in line for at least 30 minutes. There's No business line, this bank is managed really poorly.

This branched should be closed! Came here to deposit money & make a few money orders and after waiting a 30 min line only to tell me they can print money orders cause they don't have ink! The bank also looks very run down!
