Bank of America Financial Center reviews
19You cannot call them because they pick up and immediately hung up on you, multiple times. Horrible service!
Even though there are normally only 2 tellers serving a long line, they are very efficient, friendly and give a very good customer service.
Worst bank location ever! Really bad service and take so long to wait! Assistant absolutely not helpful and you need to ask lots of questions to get at least some information! Fe tried to push me a credit card that absolutely not needed! Didn’t explain me all the things, still came out with lots of questions! Worst experience ever!
Long lines for a teller and long wait to see a bank rep. This is such an old looking bank and needs to be modernized big time, this looks like a bank from a 1970's sitcom, the chairs and decor is awful, and it's been that way for years. The staff are nice tho! -, but they just need more of them, I have never experienced such a run down building for a bank, and such long lines.
There is always a long line and only 2 tellers every time.the chairs here are also terrible with barely any back support.
Thank it is so slow and they never have more than a couple of tellers working there, the management pretend to be helpful but they do nothing to improve the flow other Then ask if you need help. But they never offer help that is actually anything useful because you’re in the line to make a financial transaction that can’t be made from an ATM. They could Not be less interested in hearing feedback from their clients, but are busy talking over the top of whatever you say to tell you why it can’t change. A great place to visit if you’re not in a hurry and have half an hour to stand in a line or more.
Avoid J. Placide Saintable. The worst experience I ever had in my entire life in a bank. I just wanted to make a bofa to bofa wire, took him over 1 h, he constantly haggled me for mortgage and auto refinance, he asked me about 5 times what i do for a living and until i got the manager involved he was refusing to do the wire for whatever reason he could find.
I always get a very bad service At bank of america.today the teller Chiquita was very helpful and nice
This is the worst Bank of America branch ever. Everytime i come here i have to wait long ass lines. No customer service, you can tell people is not happy and can feel the bad energy. I never get a high or feel welcome at this brach. This is mu second review, my first one was on yelp. Next fb,
To me it's a good branch because the business line moves fast. The regular line not so much. Drive through is a plus and a good location.
Ever since they got rid of the Business Line 2 yrs ago this Branch is unbearable to visit. My business runs millions of dollars through that branch every year, and I have to wait in line with the all the check cashers who think the only purpose of a bank is to get a thumb print and cash a check. I don't even think they even have accounts there. NOT A PROFESSIONAL BRANCH! UNBEARABLE LINES AND WAIT TIMES, AND NOW THEY TELL ME I CAN'T GET CASH AND CHANGE FROM THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!
I was unable to cash checks issued by bofa without a bank account for the first time due to a change in font on the checks. No help given. Walked out without my own money.
No merchant line/teller.unacceptable for business account holders. Excessively long wait lines every time, understaffed.
They should add the word "worst" to the beginning of this branch. Literally the most slow bank Ive ever experienced. 15 people waiting in line with 2 tellers is common place here. The employees are arrogant and unhelpful
What a polished staff! I have a lot of issues with BoA so I am a difficult customer to please, but these reps are awesome-smart, friendly, diplomatic, and they stayed late to fix the issue I had today. They have long lines, but they moved the crowd efficiently and all of the reps were super-nice to me.put me back in a good mood when I was angry.
I don't understand why the average rating is so low. Maybe those people came at a bad time, or maybe I came at a very good time. Best experience I've ever had at a retail bank branch.
Great branch, had my account with them for over 12 yrs. Always great service, even when they are with a very small staff. Open an xtra account a couple of months ago, and the process was smooth and easy. Technology is taking over banks, so there are less employees every year, but reps in boa are always smiling, very well dressed and very professional.
I had a bad experience at this branch. I went in there for a simple service and the representative " Pascide" started asking me invasive questions that had nothing to do with my request! I was extremely uncomfortable and felt like he was trying to sign me up for service I did not need or requested or use my information illegally! He definitely needs to be investigated by the branch! His actions are questionable and I will never go back to this branch!
A great branch, sometimes crowded but staff manages it perfectly. Have an account with them for over 5 years. Drive through is also a big.
