The manager was the person assisting me as I got by daughter's ears pierced and she was amazing. She took her time explaining the process and was very patient with my teenager whom wanted her second hole but is terrified of needles. While she had a slight panic attack, she waited until she was ready and got it done quick and easy.

Raelyn assisted my friend and I. We drove a hour away to visit the mall and she made our day being patient with us choosing our body jewelry and any questions we had. She informed us about the sale and when we could expect new pieces. She was very sweet. I’ll be back! Thanks girl -Tia

Heather at Cordova Mall in Pensacola fl helped me find the cutes flattest nose ring. I didn't even know there was a such thing as a a flat nose ring vs a ring that sits up and gets snagged. She was great and I'm thankful for her bc she was patient and kind. Thanks Heather.
