Love it there. Very nice girls. I went to have my baby ears pierced and everything was explained to me in detail before the procedure.

I’ve been here a few times now for piercings and to purchase additional earrings and the customer service is always excellent. The ladies are very polite and helpful. Prices are affordable and the jewelry is beautiful! Definitely recommend.

Bianca was absolutely amazing today. I went in to get my ears pierced and as soon as I sat down, I started to second guess myself. She was so patient and kind and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and she answered each and every one with a great attitude. So happy I went through with it! Thanks Bianca!

When I received my package I order 3 items when I open the box was only two and I call costumer service for Banter they star the investigation and they suppose to sent another email, the one I never received and they closed they case just like that do not buy here or you will need to pay for some thins you never received is a good experience for don't was my money here again.

Wasted unnecessary money on worthless jewelry. The associate was just focused on making a sale and was rushing throughout the entire process in total for 1 pair of earrings an anklet with a charm (which bent btw) I spent a total of 800 almost 900 dollars for jewelry that’s poor quality and damages easily. Never again first and last time.

The jewelry is cheaper and always pops or stones fall out. You constantly have to pay for a warranty every year, and once its expired good luck on them helping you

I came to this kiosk first but they were out of alcohol wipes so an attentive young lady with dreads sent me to their second location which was a few steps away. I appreciate her honesty. Absolutely pleasant experience at the K920 kiosk. Bianca pierced my little one’s ear while Ada assisted keeping the baby calm. Bianca walked me through the whole process. Highly recommended.
