I called to reserve, they told me that it was not necessary, when we arrived they told us that there is no place and if we want we can wait at the bar but that at least we had to spend $100 per person… very bad experience.

Apparently my sneakers which I have worn into much fancier venu than this was not good enough, even though nothing about sneakers is mentioned on the dress code except that it has to be”covered sneakers. ” What a huge waste of my vacation time.

Food was ok. Not bad but beware of the water.they charge you between $40-$130 for water. Music had me going crazy. Baoli is not for everybody.

I loved the experience at Baoli! Carolina and Matías were very attentive, they gave us excellent recommendations on the menu.

The place with too much atmosphere, epic attention! Carolina recommended the Tai Break cocktail and the wagyu roll that I loved! Matías, his assistant, was very attentive.

Horrible experience! I took my family here as they were visiting from NYC and we made reservations through resy. We had arrived 30 minutes early so we sat at the bar 3 cocktails and 1 mocktail was $97.98. The bartender charged my husband extra for his martini because she used a different type of vodka (atleast let your customer know you will be charging extra if you will be using different alcohol not stated on the menu).

Once our whole group arrived we were sat outside by the hostess. We asked to please be sat inside since it was raining and we didn’t want to eat water down food. The hostess stated everyone inside had reservations and they were sat there because they had a prefix menu. I understand it’s restaurant week but we were a group of 8 and planning on paying for our food NOT prefix menu set price. So all your customers should be treated the same. Once we stepped back inside because it started raining the manager (blonde hair lady) she just stood there laughing did not even talk to my group to accommodate us. What type of customer experience for the price you are paying. Definitely not worth spending your money here.

Me and the girls went last night and the food was amazing. If you want a quiet, peaceful dinner, than choose another place. But if you are looking for place where you can find both entertainment and fine dining all in one, than Baoli accommodates that atmosphere, and they help to create a party vibe to help set the mood. Our server who looked just like Tim Tebow btw in particular provided exceptional service. Thank you Baoli, we will most definitely be back to visit again!

Our waiter was hot and French, that is all, that is my review… I wish he was on the menu. In all seriousness, the food was great and the ambience was amazing… 10/10 recommend.

Jerome was incredible. He basically picked our entire menu and every single thing was amazingggg.
The pistachio dessert was life changing.

Cool atmosphere, delicious food. The music sounds pleasant enough. DJs feel the guests and their wishes.

It was a bad experience, I went with my boyfriend, we made a reservation, it took more than 30 minutes to assign us a table, in the reservation it says that you have 15 minutes of tolerance and if not, they charge you 25 dollars per person, which they do not respect and they have you Standing for more than 30 minutes, it took them a while to serve us, the waitress was very nice but a waiter for a section where parties arrive can't cope, the food is small and bad, the place is expensive for what it offers. Food, good music, we will not back again

Timothy has excellent customer service and took great care of the entire bar. I’ve been a server in sobe for 15 years, and I watched him work the bar tonight- this man has serious skills. Tip well folks- you’re in the presence of excellence!

GREAT FOOD, great atmosphere and the service was impeccable. We had a few cocktails, the tuna watermelon, hamachi jalapeño, salmon, pork belly buns, the avacado salad and the crispy rice w/ tuna. The tuna watermelon would be my only negative, but not because it was a bad food item, it was just a “different” taste but I could still appreciate it. We’ll be back!

Absolutely delicious! The salmon was devine. The service was welcoming and on point. The lava cake was unlike any other. The music was off the hook - house/dance great groove.
