Baptist Endocrinology, Jacksonville FL

My whole experience with this office has been a nightmare. All I can say is that the front office staff is so rude and acts like you are bothering them as you hold for ten minutes and listen to recordings about the way they are so concerned about their patients satisfaction. This nightmare would take ten minutes to write and I am tired of talking about it. If you have a chance go somewhere else even if you are in the Baptist system like we are doing. Maybe some of the doctors are good, but dealing with the front office is not worth it the drive or the headache.

Dr Brandi Salamone my Endocrinologist is not only outstanding in her specialty, she’s truly concerned and always listen to her patients.
My resent visit was encouraging regarding my lab results. I’m to continue with Prolia every 6 months.

Always very professional and friendly. They don't over book so that there isn't a long time just spent waiting to see the doctor. My Doctor takes the time to explain procedures and the effects of any new medicine.

Dr. Cleland was wonderful and patient. I felt like he really listened and heard my concerns. The office staff was the reason for the 3 stars, they were all so rude and dismissive. When I asked questions they seemed like I was bothering them. It takes zero effort and time to be kind. The scheduling is also a mess.

This office is very quick and efficient in handling calls and making appointments. The PA, Justin, is very thorough and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. The Dr. Crawford is kind and thorough and very knowledgeable. Refill requests are handled very quickly. I am very thankful and grateful that I am a patient at this office.

I could not ask for a better experience! Everyone is friendly and considerate of you and your time. Every question I had was explored by Dr Cleland and I had no doubt when I left his office the plan for my health care was the perfect one for me. He always listens and and fills in what I don’t understand. I would send any one in my family to this office without a worry in the world.

The staff are always so friendly, the check in process is swift and Dr. Cleland is fantastic! He takes time with everyone, he is caring and kind.

From the time you walk in to check in you feel like family. The office staff is great, professional and at the same time making you feel at ease. The nurses are very comforting, Dr Cleland is top notch, the way he takes his time to listen to your situation as well as explaining his diagnosis and plan of action. I have the best on my team, thumbs up to all in the office.

Dr Salomone is amazing. I came to see her after 2 or 3 very horrible endos in the area after moving here from Texas. She was very attentive, listened to what I was feeling and didn’t treat me like anyone else or a test number. 8 years of being over medicated and NEVER being heard. I am now stable, my disease is being controlled and I’m happier than I’ve been in a LONG time! Thank you!

Everybody knows their job and does it well with a smile. Dr. Cleland is thorough and practical. His assistant is knowledgeable and quick.

To the patients of Baptist Endocrinology beware! If life happens and you miss an appointment you might be placed on the naughty list and left with no recourse to resolve the situation when they dump you from the practice without warning. When you call trying to figure out how you resolve the situation you will be given no options and told to beat it! Their office manager seems to hold all the cards and all you have is an empty hand.

Dr. Crawford is a wonderful doctor. The staff if friendly and efficient. I get great medical care.

Dr. Deeb and his staff are absolutely fantastic. They are attentive and caring, and seen to truly be interested in helping their patients live their best lives.

This is the best Dr. I have ever been to very nice and takes time to listen but also very quickly on what medicine to give Dr. Rosalyn knows her stuff she is also very very nice and is easy to talk to.

Dr. Crawford is fantastic, very kind and compassionate. Office staff is great, minimum wait time for appointments.

Dr. Wasim Deeb he's great! (say it with enthusiasm in your mind Wah-seem deeeb!). Let him listen to you, let him interrupt you, answer his questions and take his advise.

Dr. Deeb is so kind and really takes the time to listen. Lindsay is friendly and outgoing and works so well with Dr. Deeb. I have been thrilled with my care from them both.

I love this office and the staff! I cannot say enough good things about them and the care they take in my health. I wish they could be my primary care doctors too!
