Arrived for appointment to have a cervical MRI.

Reception very kind and offered to help with completing forms.

DeShannon, MRI tech escorted me to MRI room and prepped me.

Once inside MRI machine, I began to cry requesting that she remove me
from the confines of the MRI equipment.

I suffer from clostriphobia and even after being premedicated, could not move forward.

Procedure cancelled and transportation returned me to my home.

I'm so sorry that I couldn't complete the MRI procedure.

My visit was in and out! The nurses and staff are also incredibly sweet! Thank you! Will always recommend friends and family to visit this location.

Overall, my experience with getting an ultrasound was exceptional. The professionalism, expertise, and compassion of Barbara the ultrasound tech, combined with the advanced technology and informative nature of the procedure, made it a truly remarkable experience. I would highly recommend anyone in need of an ultrasound to visit this clinic.

My technician was very helpful. I have severe emphysema, so it is difficult for me to do a lot of movements, but her demeanor and patience helped me complete the examination. I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name as she deserves recognition for her professionalism.

Place was amazing! Showed up at 10: 30am for my 11am MRI, they got me in right away, I walked out all done at 11: 05am! Has to be a world record.

A wonderful experience. My MRI technician, Carmen was a true professional. She was extremely knowledgeable, warm, kind and beyond accommodating to facilitate my first Baptist Health Diagnostic experience. I'd like to extend a kudos to Carmen. She's the best!

The staff is great. They are very friendly and patient. The MRI technician was extremely kind and talked me through the entire time which was great to know exactly what was going to happen ahead of each scan.

The front reception helped with my doctor not faxing my prescription. Couldn’t ask for more help. The technician was very accommodating. Loved the diagnostic center.

Never had such a bad experience at Baptist.
My diagnostic today stole 3 hours of my time due to administrative issues such: slow reception, care credit card declined with no reason, more than an hour waiting for a co-pay receipt which was promised to be sent via e.mail but not yet received.

MRI when well but they didn’t have read before my Dr.appointment the next day even after I told them I was to see the doctor the next day. They told me “no problem is all the same Baptist network”.

After canceling my appointment yesterday, they gave me a 1030 appointment today. I got there at 1015. They took me back for my imaging after 12: 00. I was there almost two hours.

Excellent service didn't have to wait to have my procedure done that woman at the front desk was extremely professional and courteous loved the visit

From the appointment rep to the receptionist and the xray technician, everyone was quick and professional. It was a very good experience.

Valleriep at the front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond. Was accommodating and assisted me in getting my script from online to in person. Never stopped from her duties as other patients arrived and was polite and professional to all. She is a real asset and I apologize again for taking so much of her time. And I was still able to get my procedure done that day.

This is a great place to go. The appointment for my test was for 9: 30 am. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment and was out within 46 minutes. The people were cordial and very professional. I would recommend it.

This facility was quite inviting and the technician was able to explain my test and made me very comfortable. Thank you all for your caring presence
