Baptist Diagnostic is a wonderful facility. Very convenient for Miami Beach residents to get procedures done without leaving the beach. I’ve always had excellent experiences there with very caring professionals. But today the tech I had for my MRI was a little cold and had very little empathy for the fact that I was in pain. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I left the facility feeling like she just wanted to get me in and out and just didn’t care about me as a patient. The facility itself is clean, modern and run very efficiently, with appointments taken on time. So I won’t let this one negative experience with this tech take away from the positive experiences I’ve had over the past three years.

Great experience. Easy to schedule 4 tests in one appointment. Plenty of parking. Appointment started on time. Techs were friendly and there was no waiting time in between each test. Very well run. Highly recommend.

They are so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I went for a CT scan and a Mammogram. Both of the techs had great suggestions, tips, and tricks, to make the exam as comfortable as possible. I was greeted as I walked in and the check-in staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a need for testing I would highly recommend this Baptist facility.

Your personal is soooo great! The receptionist, the tscan technician and the xrays technician are sooooo nice. They really care for the patient. You have a wonderfull team. The facility was clean! The parking perfectly located and your robes are the best!
