Excellent service. Employees go out of their way to support you. All my gratitude and admiration to them, especially to the nurse who performed the "nuclear test" on me. Thank you Baptist for being an example of professionalism for this community.

The test was done at scheduled time. The technicians were very friendly. They told me in advance each step of the test. Very professional.

Very fast and very professional. This place is very efficient from my experience. From the receptions to the techs, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They put me at ease! I am also very grateful they warm the ultrasound gel before putting it on you.

They are also very good about communicating with you about your appointment as well as any expected payments. Maybe a little too good about communicating haha.

This Westchester facility is clean, organized, and safety-conscious. Although crowded when I arrived, I was attended to promptly. All personnel polite and professional. Highly recommend.

The MRI technician at this Diagnostic center was extremely unprofessional. He had a bad attitude and he lacks in customer service skills. He was not attentive to my needs while I was doing the MRI test and he abruptly stopped my test because he did t want to finish his job. I am very disappointed with the Diagnostic center in Westchester.

I want to give kudos to the radiology technicians who took care of me and other 5 patients who were stranded waiting for radiologist ok to leave. They but only kept us informed but they offered warm blankets and hot chocolate! Who would have thought those simple details could mark the difference between a not to good of an experience into a comforting one! Thank you!

The technician Christina was very personable with me. When I went in for my exam there was an issue with my prescription. Christina went out of her way while getting my prescription verified she still took me in for my exam. I am grateful for her attention and understanding to take me in. She understood my urgency while on limited time. I am grateful for her service. She works at the Westchester location.

Awesome staff! The appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait not even a minute. Totally recommend the place.

This facility has such bad customer service that I don’t know how Baptist associates themselves with this group. Every single person in this facility does not care about their patient's time. I got to the office 20 minutes early, yet they did my procedure 20 later than my appointment time. Yet they were sitting around chatting with each other and not attending to any one. I would tell you to skip this place and go to the main Baptist cause these bunch of clowns don’t care about the customers.

You guys are the best. The girl that did my sonogram; which I am sorry I did not get her name, was an angel. She was so attentive to my worries and gave me comfort and peace. She deserves to be awarded for her kindness and excellent work.
