Always a pleasant experience to visit Dr Rodriguez. Today I brought my mother for a followup. Every person affiliated with this practice is over the top hospitable to us. Thank you all for having the utmost "Bedside Manner" and thank you for taking care of my Mama.

Baptist Health Primary at Kendall have the best team of doctors, and staff. Always courteous, friendly and professional. I have been seeing Doctor Mark Caruso for over 20 years, he is the most amazing doctor I ever meet. He always take his time to listen and have an unbelievable patiences. The office staff are well aware of the Care for patients safety under CDC guidelines. Baptist Health Primary office staff has a culture of care and concern when is come on sharing towards their patients.

Super fast and easy check in. I did not have to wait hours to see the doctor. My doctor was very knowledgeable and seemed very interested in my well being.

I enjoy my Wellness visits with Dr McCormack. She is always warm, listens to how I'm feeling and gives me great feedback.

It was my first visit and it exceeded my expectations. Good enviorment. I must point out though, the front desk personnel could tone it down, they are VERY LOUD, and that's not good for Patient Confidentiality. I was a bit uncomfortable because I figured they, at any time could unintentionally blurt out my personal information. They should speak to the patient in front of them. NOT THE ENTIRE WAITING ROOM.

I LOVE the medical family there. I'm not the easiest person to please, (trust me) nor do I hand out compliments willy nilly.but the WHOLE staff is amazing. Every visit is the same. Bianca with her prego belly, genuinely expressing concern over my well being, Smiley, always smiling, friendly and helpful (aka Christian) Dennis, the kind voice, I had dealt with countless times over the phone and finally met him in person and was able to match the kind nature with a face, Lauren, sweetest nurse who showed concern for me even when I wasn't in her care, Dr. Soza, freaking amazing. Christina Stewart.what? AWESOME SAUCE! Amber is often the first face I see walking in most of the time and she is literally octo-woman.tackling many tasks while seemingly lending a hand to everyone else. Without breaking a sweat. I KNOW I missed a few staff members, they aren't forgotten though I said the WHOLE staff initially didn't I?

Staff and doctor were nice, but the waiting was super annoying. More than one hour waiting for a routine check up is unacceptable.

Dr. Rodriguez is amazing. 2 weeks ago I had bloodwork done.sadly Dr Rodriguez was out because her dad had passed away. I went into the office to get the results of the bloodwork.no 1 would give it to me.this was 9 days after the blood draw. I was quite perturbed. I was told the a Dr. McCormick was to BUSY to read the results because he/she had their own patients and had to take care of Dr. Rodriguez's, as well.

2 days later I got a call saying my creatin was very high.the woman said not to take Naproxin or any other anti-inflammatory. I asked if any of my other meds were anti-inflammatories.she didn't know.she said she would find out and call me back. She never did.

The man at the front desk, Bianca and Dr. Rodriguez were very nice! The downside had to do with my appointment being rescheduled from the morning to 4: 20pm. I believe it was Jean who I spoke with. When I asked for an earlier time, he said nothing was available. I asked to speak with a supervisor due to feeling disappointed, he quickly suggested me coming in at noon. Also, while I was about to leave I asked for some information about Quest diagnostics, it seemed like he didn’t really want to help.

I am a Baptist employee. I have always gone to this location because I live very close. This office is amazing. Everyone is so nice and kind. Thank you to the staff for everything you do.

Dr Rodrigez is amazing. I never feel rushed with her although I have detailed medical issues. She is compassionate and attentive

Great experience! Fast, efficient system setup. Doctors are always very helpful. I wouldn't change Doctors for anything. I'm happy with the professionalism of the entire staff.

I truly trust the care that I receive from Dr. Caruso. He is very thorough and goes the extra length to explain treatment services. Also the office staff are proficient and welcoming. A big thank you for their treatment.
