I was very sick with the flu and feeling miserable. I was expecting the usual wait time at a clinic but they don't seem to care about how long they make patients wait. Nothing URGENT about the care. It wasn't like they were so busy. When I arrived there was one person ahead of me in the lobby. I saw several nurses, so I dont understand why it is such a long process, other than they just don't realize that sick patients need to go home. The whole experience was unpleasant. The worst was when after a parade of people had come in the room with 20-30 minutes intervals, and you are feeling terribly sick and you think you can finally go home, now they ask you to wait in front of a video screen to talk to a virtual person who asks questions about your insurance. Then when he is done asking questions, he also asks you to sit there and wait for another person to come on the video screen for who knows what. After several minutes waiting in front of a blank screen, I just got up and left. Enough of that. Why didn't they do this when i was sitting in the lobby doing nothing?

The process was excruciating for someone who is feeling very sick and needs to go home to rest. Please improve the process to be more considerate of your patient's time and comfort.

Used the appointment feature and it was rather fast. As always staff was great and caring!

I was feeling weak, coughing and alternating between hot and cold feelings. I went to the Baptist Urgent Care Center in Coral Gables
My first feeling was like walking into a Parlour in someone's Home. Front the front Desk Personnel to my examination with the Reputable Doctor who saw me. I felt "listened to" heard clearly and my Healthcare issues and diagnostic testing was done promptly. I left feeling better even before I got home. I literally wanted to "keep" the Doctor for myself. There was great "Teamwork". I even met "Reg" the Virtual Screen that connected me to the Accounting Dept. So here's a big Shout out to you amazing Folks

Well I Went to Baptist Urgent Care in Coral Gables and the service was awesome. The staff and Dr. Ernesto Sanz Martínez was very friendly and had a good diagnosis for my condition. I truly recommend going to this professional and knowledgeable urgent care. You will be 100% satisfied. ️ ️ ️ ️ ️

A very attentive staff, they have professionals with exceptional ethics, quick service and quality, I am very grateful and pleased with the attention of the entire team.

Was treated quickly, ex-rays and covid test was completed within 15 min.
Despite the fact all rooms were completely filled.
I left with all the meds I might need
On my up coming trip.

The young man at check in counter was very effiecient at his job. The young lady that escorted me to my exam room was very pleasant. However, thru her questioning/comments " this is an issue for your pc Dr. " made me feel i shouldnt have gone to BUC. She went away and came back with a better feeling and then i was very satisfied with the care I received. The nurse practitioner and the x-ray tech were caring and efficient! Thank you!

I came to your urgent care because a sewing needle broke off in my finger and I needed it removed before it became infected. I called first to ensure you had radiology onsite. The lady who was an EMT was amazing and made sure to ask the doc if he could help me.

I was greeted by a sweet lady with a big smile as a receptionist. She was fast and efficient. I was taken back by an EMT who was a sweet young lady too.

Jonathan was awesome as my provider in your urgent care. The young lady on the phone then became the EMT that input me and did the initial intake. The lovely RN newer with 1 year of experience was awesome too.

Your X-ray tech was awesome, quick efficient and very nice too! As an xray tech myself I was probably his fastest patient being able to do all the positions myself! But we had a great conversation.

I was very pleased overall with everyone even the security guard who opened the door!

Best thing was the machine that distributed the antibiotics onsite right away! Great concept! I’ve sent that on to our local hospital in Maine.

You guys rock! I wish in northern Maine we had an urgent care! I’d use that more than I would my ER. As a healthcare worker myself I was thrilled to have the foreign body removed and I. And not under 1.5 hours! Traveling for work I had no idea of what it was going to be like and you knocked it out of the park!

The staff, the care was excellent. Everyone was caring, everything was explained in full detail. The best medical care. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

Received care first day of severe sore throat and raised temperature. Testing did not specify virus so was advised to treat symptoms (Tylenol, lozenges and rest) and monitor for worsening. Helpful to confirm nothing further needed at the time. Courteous, attentive personnel

Everyone was really nice. There were delays given the large number of people seeking help, more than usual, but my attending nurse apologized and kept me abreast of developments. Highly recommend this UC!
