Baptist Health Urgent Care Pinecrest, Miami FL

I usually am not one to complain but I had to comment on my experience today. The nurse was absolutely phenomenal paid attention to every detail and vitals and assessment of my lungs found a tad wheezing. The dr came in for not even a full minute and didn’t assess me sent me for an X-ray and that was the last I saw of him
I went home with 0 diagnosis a whole bunch of meds for what I don’t know and currently having trouble breathing and still not feeling well

The nurse was the one to come in and discharge me without the dr even coming in saying what he thought it could be

Again the nurse was absolutely amazing but I don’t know why I paid anything to have a dr come in for not even a full minute.

This 2 stars were for the nurse who attended me actually you deserve 5 stars but for the service and dr 0 stars!

This was the best experience at an urgent care I have ever had. They were fast, efficient, empathetic, and friendly. Thank you to all the team that took care of me and provide quality care!

Open until 11: 00pm at 10: 30 I realized I had an issue that needed a dr. To look at and advise and it was 5 minutes from home. Perfect home at 11: 15, Helpful, no need to go to an emergency room!

It was excellent customer service. Special attention. Dedication and kindness. Very good. I recommend this place. Doctor was really profesional and also technicians and nurse.

I was seen right away, my condition diagnosed quickly and sent on my way. The staff was terrific. I was cared for by the tech, two nurses and the MD. Love that I could leave with the medications and didn’t have to go to the pharmacy!

Although there was quite a few people ahead of us, it went fast. Very nice and caring staff. Took care of my son, treated him with meds and discharged in 2 hours.

Went in for stitches and the service was quick and very thorough! Great team at pinecrest Baptist burger care!

Went on Sunday afternoon after a fall. Staff was very professional. Dr was very nice, I did not feel rush. Very fortunate not to have any broken bones, just bruises.

The UC physician Josett lakiak and her nurse were so thorough, informative, and kind. They took there time with me and both cared very much.
